Hi Boom,
It's best to forget and move on.
I don't regret not adding equity to maintain my position today because I do believe at some point it will be below today's low.
I sincerely hope I'm wrong because there are alot of LTHs here whom are under water.
Maybe but if that's the case we should see this as the floor to the share price.
I still think the share will continue to fall over the next few weeks. Let's hope I'm completely wrong and someone can make something from this share.
Hi Ste,
Super research and well argued. The new guy from Salesforce has come in to reignite sales so I'm still optimistic about Ingenuity.
Tuesday will be very interesting given futures this morning. It would great if 60 holds or at least bounces back to that level but let's see.
Good morning all,
Just looking at management expectations for FY23 which was confirmed again June;
Sales Growth 22% - 24%
EBITDA margin broadly in line with FY21 at 7.4%
If they reiterate the above on 15th September then I've no doubt we will see uplift in the share price even given macro concerns.
MM give us PIs something to cheer about please!
Hi Pencil.
Thanks for the concern (if only MM would also have concern for us small PIs) but I think this board has absolutely no influence on the share price. We could all be telling porkies to each other.
It's the big players actions that make the difference; Blackrock, Jupiter selling etc
Hi Boom,
Your strategy sounds sensible.
My close out is around 57p/58p. I'll probably not do anything because if it can hit those levels then there's no reason why it can't drop alot further. I'd feel alot more confident if institutions were buying.
We are also very different to ASOS and BooHoo.
We had third party interest at 170p and it feels that the shorters are taking a bigger risk with THG the lower the share price, given we know there has been outside interest.
I think it all depends on whether we get a new institutional buyer. Its been a long time since the last one and we are now at 60p.
TO/going private could still happen given that; 1) MM's golden share expires in 1 one year 2) Ingenuity needs CAPEX funding to take the fulfilment capacity to the next level and he can't raise anything useful on the public markets with the share price at silly levels and 3) The dollar is so strong, the share price is weak and so now is the time to act with US backers.
The trend still feels negative. The closing price was at an all time low.
I'm unsure whether to let my CFD close out or whether to close out positions to maintain the required margin. How does it work with Capital.com? Will they close out all positions automatically?
