Tbh, I said it yesterday and people said I'm being hasty but I've now written it off now. I think we are an embarrassment to the government agenda and they want to destroy us. The sanctions will end with a debt default and forced liquidation of assets for the bondholders...that will be the NA assets and then the Russian leg will go off on its merry way and we will all have been ****ed in the arse by our own government. I'm sure the Russian assets will be painted as worthless due to sanctions and we'll get that rns everyone dreads saying little or no value to shareholders

I agree...I thought we were being held to ransom for the Chelsea deal but that isn't the case, they wouldn't have sanctioned us if we were part of that negotiation...or maybe we were and everyone couldn't agree so we've been revenge sanctioned

Thank you for calling me astute and intelligent...I'll ignore the rest of the message where you insulted me. I'm not massively business savvy but I'm fairly switched on to a situation, ours keeps evolving to the negative side. I'm not sure of a lot of things but I'm fairly sure we've seen evr do it's last trade on lse. Evr was listed here to legitimise its russian operations...that's dead now and we have no further reason to be listed here...I believe the company will go private. The bondholders will get paid but we probably won't and then we'll pop up on a new exchange in a few years

It's a tough one to take for me as I put 50k in evr but time to write it off for atleast the short term and probably the long term. The government obviously have no intention of backing down from their path...evr will now cut all contact other than 1 line rns's. Most probably they will refuse to post accounts which will see them delisted. I wouldn't blame them, there's nothing left for the company on the lse. Also I don't see them listing on another exchange in the current climate....either the current owners or new russian investors will take it private for a song and we will be left with nothing....its a shame as I had high hopes

And she did pay tax you daft ******...she paid the tax where she earned the money which wasn't the UK....she then spends that money (which has already been taxed) and pays our numerous stealth taxes and adds to our economy...the government have always seen it as a win
