I said it before T4G, you are the problem...Jongle never said a bad word to me...I disagree some points and agree some others...he winds you up because you've taken it upon yourself to be argue every point and be mortally offended by every opinion against the company....you're the fuel to the fire. T4G as far as I can see jongle is debating...I think me and him are currently doing just that...agreeing on what is possible and talking about what might happen...good or bad

And I agree with you T4G, that's why I bought in...at the same time I'm happy to acknowledge that today's market isn't ideal...but then it wasn't ideal for the housebuilding in 2007...so the market can change massively in a year or two...just got to hope you picked the survivors
