Just wondering if anyone has ever thought that Finablr (bought by Prism and a consortium) have something to do with syme.

Below are a couple of snippets from what they are trying to do, it may explain information being delayed from syme -

Denny I emailed Robert Miller a few months ago and asked if the new prism deal will mean the end game for us pi’s. I got a response and the wee bit off it was ‘it is in the shareholders interest’
Take whatever you wish from that however I am still a tiny bit hopeful!

On yahoo finance the shares are finblr but under that it now has wizzfinance.
Just did a quick google and there partners are Prism.
This could be something or nothing.

MRRR AZ stated months ago in an interview or RNS that there is no need for marketing at the minute as demand is so strong. Your first theory I would say is correct.

Unicorn the going convent should be taken care off as per the RNS at the start of June, these are accounts for 2020 so it would have been a going concern then, and may still be but there are lots of business that trade as a going concern doesn’t mean the final nail etc

Well put Sam, it’s a long read and worth it, highlights everything they have done to get to this stage, and highlights what can be achieved once SH is in action and Tradeflow.

Just read the RNS again and picked up on the below from AZ -

The investment by Negma will also help to open up new markets where we are looking at the possibility of a dual Listing. Also gaining traction from TradeFlow's business, we expect high growth rates for the Group and we do not rule out working shortly with additional strategic funding partners."

Sound like he is pumped and ready for the next 24 months, going concern has gone, IMO.

Peak we have been here many a times, pi’s start guessing when we should get an RNS and AZ reacts to try and keep everyone happy, the result no one becomes happy.
AZ has learnt from this and has said he won’t release any more dates and only info when it’s concrete etc
Best to listen to the big man and relax, it will happen when it happens.
