Shrewd I think you will find I did use my brain, rather than speculating utter dribble I emailed the company for some facts, and shared the information.
Just had a response back from the company this morning asking about machine and procedures.
They say they are working tirelessly to finish commission and start production! They will hopefully announce very soon to the market but no time line given.
Forgive me if this has been discussed already but I think the penny has just dropped for me.
Syme and Epic formed a ‘business alliance’ in September.
Epic has been bought by Azimut group and launched Azimut Direct.
= AZ tweet = more clients for syme.
Don’t worry about the new name this was explained by AZ on the 22nd of January as per below.
Dear Shareholder,
we suggest to keep calm since a lot of detractors/ derampers are now publishing fake news.
The organisational model of SYME is made of:
- the PLC listed
- for each geography/ region served, the Group establishes an operating subsidiary:
- Supply@ME srl (already existing)
- Supply@ME ltd (newCo)
All the best
Pedro NMC Healthcare is not similar to this situation in the slightest, there was over a billion missing from there accounts that apparently nobody new except someone!
SYME is correcting accounting dates and is a voluntary suspension.

Update on Restoration of Listing and re-commencement of Trading
Following the publication of Audited Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2019 and Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2020 last Thursday 28 January and Friday, 29 January 2021 respectively, SYME has successfully addressed the technical DTR breach regarding the timing of financial statements.
Immediately following publication, SYME made a formal request to the FCA for the lifting of the temporary suspension of its Listing and the resumption of dealings in the Company's Ordinary shares. The FCA is currently performing the regulatory steps required for the restoration of the Listing and re-commencement of dealings. The process has taken longer and is more complex than normal due to the change in accounting reference date, RTO transaction occurring during the period, and multiple financial statements that have been issued.
The Company also confirms that no FCA investigation is underway.
SYME expects to make a further announcement regarding the lifting of the temporary suspension and resumption of dealings in the Company's shares as soon as possible.
Isn’t it great to know that the company has done everything it said it would do regarding the suspension and why they did it, not to mention the RNS yesterday for giving the shareholders an update.
They are really growing as a company and I look forward to the future with them in my portfolio.
The below is taken from Twitter, I have no idea how to send the link, however positive steps! Apologies if this has already been posted and it is from today etc
We have received a response from
@SupplyMECapital
representatives today #SYME Alessandro has drafted the responses and they are just going through an internal review.
@ShareTalkNews
We hope that helps with your enquires/shareholders
London stock exchange has RNS (this site sometimes doesn’t have them as showing) and also near the ticker it says if suspended or trading. It currently says suspended -

It’s in Italian and dated 3 days ago, my main point is that the word is getting out about the face mask and if marketed, and distributed correctly this could be huge.
Google translate is below for the section, all positive stuff -

The new 5-layer mask would not only protect against Coronavirus (such as FFP2, FFP3 and KN95, the only ones capable of blocking the virus from entering) but would even be able to kill it as soon as it comes into contact with it.
Actually there are two prototypes: the original which contains five layers (water repellent layer, 1st layer, antiviral nanotechnological layer, 2nd filter layer, hypoallergenic hydrophilic layer) and a more recent version that contains four layers, with a filtering layer less, which makes it slightly more breathable in terms of breathability and therefore more comfortable.
The current conventional surgical masks, however, block the virus, but this can remain on the mask itself and in any case remain “alive” and contagious for those who touch it without adequate protection or proper disposal.
The masks include a water-repellent layer on the outside - to reduce the inhalation of droplets of saliva and mucus that carry Covid - the antiviral nanotech layer between two filter layers and a breathable hypoallergenic innermost layer.
This mask, on the other hand, could really be revolutionary. It was designed by Nottingham Trent University scientist and nanotechnology expert Gareth Cave and is now being marketed by NTU's spin-out Pharm2Farm in Nottingham BioCity. Hopefully, production could start in early February.
This morning I have read all of the RNS before coming onto this board.
Overall I thought it was very informative on the previous business and how it has become syme. There are references throughout about and upto Dec 2019, March 2020 and some further references into 2020.
The board has given as much detail as they can and referenced areas where they don’t need to.
My main concern was the ‘going concern’ however after researching that more it is currently ok, Definition below -
A going concern is a business that is assumed will meet its financial obligations when they fall due. It functions without the threat of liquidation for the foreseeable future, which is usually regarded as at least the next 12 months or the specified accounting period.
As a long term holder I have read and digested all the information anything I didn’t understand I reasearched, I would recommend everyone todo the same, then when you come back to this board to read people’s comments you can see easily who genuinely are asking questions and those who are manipulating your minds.
I look forward to the next RNS but take every day as it comes. GLA
Also sent the same to the BBC,

Dear Sky News
I would like to make you aware that RMS (Pharm2farm) company has now received all necessary approvals for its Covid 19 killing face masks.
Please see official announcement to stock markets on Friday of last week.
Given the government gave a development grant to the company, I think it prudent that you should know this latest information.
