Let me see if i have got this right.
If ujo place £5mil worth of shares, then surely the value of the company increases by £5mil. If the shares are bought before it is announced then there is no need to find buyers on the open market therefore the sp should be about the same but ujo have got an extra £5mil in the bank.

If this is what is needed to get the EWT up and running again or pay for wressle to be up and running and pumping oil as soon as the decision has been announced (personally i feel they DB has a very good indication of which way the decision will go) then it could only be a good thing?

Or have i got this completely wrong?

Could the person who was rumoured to have sold £400k ujo and £200k rbd shares have been aproached to buy in the placing, agreed to the placing shares at a lower price to what the current share price is. Sold these shares to make £xK from this sale then and having the funds to pay for the placing shares

Maybe there is truth in the £400k dump.

Let me see if i have got this correct.By February, jangada will have £2mil in the bank from the sale of pedra plus 22million shares in Valore at c$0.30 atm but if they develop the prospect then the shares will be worth quite a bit more.Over 60% of the small amount of jangada shares are owned by 3 people who i cant see selling anytime soon.The PEA could drop any day soon for the Pitombeiras Vanadium Project, it was expected by the end of this month but looks like it will be early next month now. Miners close to the pedra prospect look like they are doing well.Looking forward to doing more research and seeing how this unfolds.AtbLmol

Thanks for that link,i will look in more detail about them tomorrow. I doubt that the mineralisation in that part of the world will be massively different and others in the are will have similar resources just different grades and depths.

If they are reprossessing the tailings, we can look at BMR IN Zambia at the Kabwe mine as a case study for how well to recover minerals from discarded material.

Thank you for that, i have been having a read, i will be honest, some of it goes over my head but going on from that i found that jaguar mining are very close to this location but struggling to find info on what they are able to extract. They have a mc of over £100mil and mining gold close and if this prospect is listed as an asset for them then i am sure it will be good.

Looking forward to seeing what happens. I will keep researching ??

I saw this little gem on the raisers board this morning and thought i would do some research, i have bought some based on what i have seen.

Could todays rise be something to do with prudential and m&g demerging yeaterday? Prudential sold their share in reabold but m&g bought the same amount of shares in reabold which shows they have confidence in reabold.......who are getting a bigger stake in rathin and there for the west newton project.

How certain are people about us just waiting for permissions to get started....on the east riding Website the only planning for west newton that i can find is for the 199 tonne max storage. Just type in rathin and there it is.......nothing for reabold or union jack etc....
Like someone said earlier, we could just be waiting for the rathlin/reabold deal to be completed.

I have been thinking that if the ewt was geared towards gas, why didn't this get tested while designing the test for oil
