Purple Bricks rely on internet traffic and with the levels of comparative properties available in the market, you cannot rely on the internet to sell a property with current market conditions. Whilst purple bricks get paid regardless, I think cracks will start to appear in actual sales figures. When this happens high street agents will turn in to cut throat assassins and decimate the market share- however you always have some people wanting to pay peanuts, happy with monkeys.
