What makes you think it’s placing shares holding this back? Could be people getting out before it becomes clear news is priced in.

The market clearly Knew this news was coming and what nice we’re going to say. David needs to announce sales and devote funding ASAP, what is happening with the AIHL rollout is what I want to know.
