Can you lot not read and RNS? The placing shares will be PRINCIPALLY used to accelerate GS money, they confirm exactly how this was going to happen other than POTENTIALLY via and acquisition. So they could have used it to pay their salaries so they don’t go bust so they can accelerate the GS money instead of go backwards because they have no money. BY THEM NOT SAYING how they are using the funds other than with words like PRINCIPALLY and Potentially it is up for debate and not defamatory, blame your BOD not me

The placing was said to POTENTIALLY be for an acquisition, they don’t need to update on whether it was or wasn’t as it was never promised In the first place. Probably used to keep BODs salaries paid

The dont exceed, they let the SP drop to 0.3p and have again let the SP drop from 1.70 to 1.05, that is far from exceeding and to the market show to be very dissappointing. The SP is stil on a downward trajectory and you think the share price rising by 0.02- 0.05 p is and upward move hahahahah
