Not trying to stop what’s coming to anybody here. Just been warning everyone against the rampers and to trade this and get as many shares as they can. I hope some people listened to me when I warned them about this drop at 1.70. If they sold then and bought back in now they would have 3 times the shares. Glad I could help some, rampers just want you to buy their shares at higher prices so your holding the heavy bags

Nobody needs to give their shares away on this board. There are plenty of other people selling at the moment.

Billy the SP is 0.66 the market doesn’t like it at the moment. If it did, it would be double this and have IIs on board. You clearly know very little about the market

Likewise with the acquisition, if they got it for a steal and didn’t have to fork out a fortune, they would have screamed it from the roof tops as it would ease investors showing they still had enough cash for a while. But have not said a thing about the purchase value, which tells me they don’t want you to know as they probably spent a decent figure on it and may need to raise some finances again. Again another reason why the SP is still on a decline. If they were to clarify these things and put investors at ease, I believe the SP would break 1p and keep going. But clearly they don’t want you to know this.

That’s just it billy, the market doesn’t like guessing. They need to give an idea on their projections and whether they see these services being taken up by existing clients and what this license will add in terms of revenue and profit to the business. They have given none of that and that is why the share price is back on downtrend. You saying guess revenue to me means that if I have to guess then it’s hardly much as if it was massive the company would have outlined it with existing interest and future interest. That would be a proper business plan.

The market has very little interest in all the previous good news RNSs, as the SP has dropped and lost most of its gain. It’s clearly wants to see real profit and a move away from being loss making. So far acquisition news has done very little for the SP so the market doesn’t see it as the great news everyone here thinks and has just been traded away. They need to prove their mcap now which so far they haven’t.

GST is a penny stock so while not on aim, It might as well be as it will act and has acted pretty much exactly the same. Don’t be fooled because it’s main market, IIs have no interest at this level just the same as on AIM. Its sales that will save this now and it has a long way to go.

For the future of fintech they are appalling in text. If I was a serious customer the website would be underwhelming.

They certainly need to do something about their websites. Looks like a back alley company has done them.

I believe you massive, but ask yourself how has splatted managed to get an average of 0.65p having being invested here for years and topping up as you well know in the 1.20, 1.30 and above? I’ll tell you, he has been dumping shares while telling everyone at all these levels that the price then and down is too cheap. He’s obviously very quick to say he has bought shares but not at all prepared to say when he’s selling.

Splatted said nothing was going to stop this now in March 2022 when this was supposed to hit 10p by Xmas 2022. But now at 0.69p it’s going to motor. What a fool, who now claims an average of 0.65p having had infinite tops ups over the years well into the 1p, 1.20, 1.30, 1.40 etc. if you all think people on here want you to make money your wrong. The rampers want you to buy their shares so they can keep ramping and leave you holding the heavy bags.

Well the appetite here has died today. buys where over double sell at one point and now sell very close to catching up. This is not looking good for the next 2 weeks. It will be interesting to see when this share reaches its pinch point will it reverse the trend? so far it hasnt. Squeaky squeaky bum time for holders.

Yes I did, and they did use it for a placement. But why? They had plenty of money in the bank? So why the placement? Reason is they owed over 2.5 million and actually didn’t have enough cash and will need to sort some financing out imho for any other acquisition

Never said the words no acquisition, show me the post. Just highlighted the words POTENTIALLY. Massive needs to read better, rampers were saying there was going to be one and the company never made a guarantee. And I never said this would go below 0.50 again was careful with my words and said there was a potential. Unlike the likes of splatted and people promising 2p and 10p by Xmas 2023

AHS says I’m clueless here but continue to call it right. Believe who you want to believe. The good news is is there is a big pinch point coming up soon which could send the sp flying. I will be watching closely
