You’re right billy, but lots of rampers on here were saying they didn’t. I challenged it and was told I was a fool, but then the raise happened which we know they needed but many were saying they didn’t.

Remember when they cancelled the CLN? Lots of people were under the assumption that they had enough cash for a while and then they did a raise. They have openly said they have finance options in results so this suggests to me they have had discussions already and whilst there may not be the opportunity at the moment they already have finance lined up. Meaning nothing is coming from any profits in the near term.

The revenue didn’t move much but accounting for the previous period didn’t reflect the whole year billy. So they won’t have showed much profit from the previous period, but have done a good job increasing the margins and making more money from the revenue. If they lost 1.6million for the year and made over 400k profit then look at their company accounts it’s shows that their net cash used to finance operating activities is around 2million. Divided by 12 is roughly 166k a month. That’s what I’ve worked out. So if they aren’t looking to spend on acquisitions or a data centre (which is on their website as something they want to own) then they have enough cash run way for a while. But seeing as they are an expanding business this looks to be something they will want capital for and previous finance options and raises seem to come well before they need they them. If you look at placing a couple of months ago by that point they had well over 2 million so they either paid a lot for the license or they are overt cautious about their cash run away. Not a bad thing but more raises just means more retraction of the SP, and new investors don’t want to be jumping in if they think the SP has a possiblilty of heading south.

AHS you’re naive to think current liabilities are something to be brushed off. With the over 2.4 million in current liabilites ie borrowing from March 31st and the monthly cash burn to now they are left with under 2 million even taking into account Angra profit from then. If they do an acquisition then they are more than likely going to need to raise finances. Which will hurt the SP, but if you want to hide behind the sofa so be it.

If they are going to do another acquisition they are going to need to explore a financing option. Once they have settled thier liabilites in March and with a 4 months on they will have under 2million in cash. Not much at all

Plenty of share with IIs at low market caps. IHC is one with a MC of 30million and has had IIs for a while. If a stock has enough potential, IIs will invest.

My other gripe billy is the BOD are very well connected here. But seem to only use their connections to generate funding as opposed to getting IIs to invest. That would benefit them and benefit the IIs as the BOD as people say are leaders in this industry.

Yes your right billy, I know probably to main reason the BOD here have bought so many share and then used the market to fund growth so that they can maximise their profit when the company grows enough and is sold on. But it has a long way to go and has been not reported any increase in sales yet which is what the market is looking for. Maybe they will surprise everyone and two weeks into September say they have signed on lots of new business. But Angra has grown much other than profit since they have held it for a year, they need to show the market they can bring on new customers and grow the business in terms of sales. All these licenses and acquisitions need to show fruit.

Billy there aren’t, but this has done an almost complete reversal. If it sat at 1.20+ then that would have been a good sp movement but it has done an extremely heavy retrace even on a spell of plenty of good news. That is the issue

How do you know there was money to be made. You said to people at 1.70 it was cheap and therefore money to be made and now they would be over 60% down. What do you have to say to those people? You know nothing
