Correct, so they are offer a low cost low margin transfer. So thats why im hoping that once they sort out their website and app customers will be lining up to save money. Their margins are considerably lower than everyone elses, they just need to sort out all the finer details which is taking time. Im using Cornerstone as a comparison purely to highlight how cheap their offering is.

Going by revenue and proft from previous accounts, our margin is one of the lowest around meaning we must be offering the best rates. when you look at Cornerstone with a margin of over 60% and GSTs being 10% i would expect that once the app is sorted out and the website is aligned with what the BOD claims to be the future of fintech that customers would be lining up at the door to benefit from the very low rates offered here. GST just need to pay attention to the detail on their offering and they will have more customers than they know what to do with, i worry the COO (31 years old) is out of his depth. I hope the rest of the BOD are paying close attention and pulling the strings where they need to be.

Aware GST have a stable coin arm and GS money but until this start getting somewhere can only be judged on the neo banking side.

GST do need to take a leaf out of CSFS book, when you compare websites and the way they both run GST is in the Stone Age. Get through to someone on the phone instantly and got registered there in 3 days. All their links work and they actually have a full focused sales team, did 3.6million in revenue and gross margin of 61% earned them 2.2million in profit compared to GST 400k on over 4million in revenue. But share the same mcap, part of me wishes they would just focus on one thing and get it done and done well. Juggling all these parts of the business seems to be taking its time and leaving shareholders in the dark.

What are other people views on it? It’s quite a lot of shares they want the authority to issue. I assume they have something in mind for it but represents almost half the shares in issue now and accounts for over 5million pounds. They would need a lot of liquidity to get a deal for that so could something big be on the horizon?

Has anyone read the resolutions on the AGM? They want SHolders to disapply their pre emption rights on the possible allotment of almost half of the entire share capital of 800,000,000 shares?

Unlike you AHS when i invest i dont need to ramp on a board everyday. I dont panic as i have conviction. You on the other hand need constant gratification from people on a board you have never met, and anything close to bad said about it is a criminal and should be shunned.

Your right at that point the SP was on a downward trajectory. This will reenter downward trajectory at 64p and then its very bleak which is when ill exit my position as the journey to 0.5p will be quicker than people think.

No AHS, you dont know anything about investing. Thats like saying people who invested at 1.00p like massive dont know anything about investing when they could have waited and bought at 0.5p? get your head screwed on

Always said my buy in and happy with my buy in, at the point it was 0.68 it was too high risk for me. Im still happy with my price and your talk of karma means nothing to me as im not disappointed, i have conviction in my purchase and dont feel aggrieved with the SP movement so far. However the likes of kopf and AHS are as they have called out someone who said they wouldnt say a word unless people want a dig, further clogging up a board already harassed with arguements. Even if i was to sell my entire holding now the loss isnt big money for me, but i dont intend to, selling at a loss in investing isnt a bad thing either. If a stock isnt going to give a return taking a loss early is a good thing instead of being married to it and watching it decline. I dont believe that will be the case here for much longer.
