There is still 2 months before the 6 months AHS, I don’t think it’s taking a risk throwing money in now as apposed to the end of this month, when the market has other trading opportunities in the more short term. Doesn’t mean the SP won’t increase just saying that the idea that people are taking positions now seems a bit early.

I think it’s still buyers keeping the SP above the support line as there was the usual rush of trades in the first 10 mins. But again end of this month I think people will be taking positions.

I personally think its a bit early for excitement as its still trading in normal ranges. End of november is when i think this will step up the gears.

4 MMs on the bid, they clearly know 64p is support and maybe expecting another bounce off if buyers step in. We do need some news soon though as who knows how long they will hold 0.65p

Depends on what news comes before if any other news does come before. I personally think it would breach 2p but who’s knows what it could hit.

They have been on the RNSs for years, if they are doing the PR then GST do need to consider a new company in my honest opinion, it has not been the best to date. Then again i dont know many good PR firms on the LSE.

There is a fair bit to look forward to. This share also benefits from significant SP increases towards known deadlines and with 6 months not that far off it is highly likely there will be a significant SP increase imho coming to the end of November beginning of September time in anticipation of news. 1p in my opinion won’t be the e obstacle at this point but more likely 1.5 - 2p perhaps depending on interims and any other positive news that happens before it.

Ence GST will know the level of support they need and probably around how long they will need it. Text from FCA website 'The type and level of support you need will be determined by your case manager at the initial meeting' Im hoping that this isnt the full 6 months and they went through the whole application process with Sandbox who they would have had another case worker with and hopefully were aware of any issues already through that process. Im not sure how complex their product offering is but i would hope for an update end of november at the latest if im honest, depending on how much time they have been able to dedicate to the application alongside their GS soft lauch and Angra progress.

AHS the bid at that point was 0.70 so i think it was a sell, that trade dropped to bid and ask to 0.67 - 0.70 which is why the next trade at 0.70 showed as a buy.

They will take 3million at 0.685 well above the bid at the moment so i think there will be movement if liquidity improves today. I can only assume its the MMs wanting to take the shares as apposed to a order being filled. Anyone elses view?

UPL is a low cap stock, what happens there doesnt affect the whole market and trying to correlate it with GST is false. ENET would have more impact with its near 1000% increase in 5 days but now dropped back massively. Id say it was a combination of multiple stocks bagging more than 200% inside 5 days. Because GST is still a penny stock and attracts short term traders looking for quick bags these other stocks may have caused them to move on in the hope of making those quick gains. Now those stocks like ENET and QBT have dropped im sure there will be some re evaluation. Also coupled with some deathly drops from CABP and maybe now UPL there will be some consolidation and perhaps some movement here.

Agree with splatted, the only thing we need is news. Otherwise GST will continue to be traded.

My estimates for profit progress are in my honest opinion worst case, i think they have probably improved on that since march but a fair bit more if they have started improving revenue from angra global.

Hmmm you could be right splatted but there isnt a lot of cash imho left to do another acquisition at the moment unless they have progressed revenue and profit a fair bit since march, which im sure there has been progression. They had 4.2 million dollars end of march but 2.4million in liabilities due with 30days so take that off and your left with around 1.8million. They did a placing for 750k in may so add that on and you have 2.55million. if you minus monthly cash burn of around id say 140k a month for 7 months which is around 1million then they have around 1.5million left and hopefully they are producing more than 400k profit a year now so if you add around 40k profit a month that 280k on top of 1.5million so id say around 2million to date. What we dont know is the cost of the acquisition which i agree probably wont be a lot as i dont think the business was generating huge revenues as there are no company reports that i can find. But none the less without an acquisition in the future they have enough cash runaway for a while unless they have made any major investments which will probably find out about in the interims. either way they are still in a good position at this point in time.

7 and a half weeks till interims going by previous results. What are peoples thoughts on their cash situation?
