Hi, I had a share dealing ISA with Lloyds and when I checked earlier, the shares have disappeared . Not sure what to do now, if anyone has any ideas or info to help, I would very much appreciate it.

So will they just transfer over share for share or will they reassess the amount of shares held by individuals and drop the quantity of shares - like a reevaluation fir example , for every two shares I hold they may equate to one share when they go to Nasdaq (or does that just happen when it’s a merger /takeover by another company ?)

Also do I need some kind of licence for when they are listed outside U.K. ? Will I just be able to sell them in the normal way through my share dealing ISA ?

I’m a novice at this , but have held some shares in this (since it was rythm one) in the hope they get me some kind of return at some point . So have just held through the last years of ups and downs , however I’m concerned that I’ve read comments that it’s going to be delisted in U.K.

can anyone tell me what happens then ? Would I be better to sell before they delist as I’ve never come across this scenario before - as I said I’m a novice (single parent just trying to make a bit through shares due to last few years of low interest rates in savings accounts ) cheers

Thank you for your response . I’m not planning on selling here until I hopefully recoup my losses so far then I think I will stick to my day job !!

Morning HC , I’m new (ish) to this and keeping fingers crossed that Harbour keeps rising (as I bought when they were Premier) , but I’m interested to know what stocks you have identified as bargains as I might have a dabble ? Thanks

Hi , I bought a few shares here a while back , saw them rise and fall a few times , and then of course the situation last March re COVID .
I am very inexperienced at investing , but just wondering whilst in the midst of the pending merger/takeover by Harbour , is now a good time to buy more shares to get my average price down , so I stand a chance if recouping something back , or would this be just throwing more money down the drain ? Appreciate any useful advice here !
