This is interesting though. Normally news of a placing comes almost immediately after a share price fall like this (accompanied by the bulletin board doomsters, Touk et Al).

I do wonder if Avacta are working on something else and the doomsters have it wrong. Not fun to watch right now.

The market (or short sellers) are betting there will be a discounted placing. Avacta have a very solid asset in AVA6000 so plenty to work with.

It would be nice if the company gave some sort of operational update. The share price has collapsed since December. Ie. has cohort 7 finished? Have any of the arm 2 patients been dosed?

Yep. The AACR poster submission date is March 5th. Should contain additional data for phase 1a.

No they didn't. Al said not to worry about financing and rather do non dilutive (not verbatim). Eliot forster then threw in option of equity. This was at the Science Day if I remember rightly.

It's safe to say in any case that the poster will contain a whole hose of information about 1a and all positive judging by the december presentation.

I should imagine there will be an update for arm 2 shortly before as well.
