AS comments in the RNS are of making a "next genereration test" . That doesn't sound like a tweak to me.

Avacta needs revenue. There was no guidance given on how long the revised test will take to bring to market. There's been no guidance on sales thus far. Investors losing confidence in AS on the diagnostics side I would say. I really don't see how investors can put this fall down to market forces and derampers etc.

Will it have to go to the Spanish hospital for verification? How long is all that going to take?

So, in a nutshell. Avacta don't have a commercially available lateral flow test. They are now designing a new one that detects omicron. How long will that take?

Apart from gad when mologic partnered up none of it has come to fruition of sales. This is pirely from an investors point of view wanting revenue

Surely the larger shareholders need to start pushing Avacta for a proper update on progress of all areas of the business. As ceo AS has a duty to protect the share price.

True, but a couple of weeks ago AS rushed out an RNS saying it Did detect the omicron variant.
Now it does t detect it to the level he wants.
All very frustrating.
Is it stated anywhere how long it will take to get it to level he wants?

If it still detects omicron, just not as successfully, why wouldn't they have done the tweek in parallel?

A guess would be the meduflow test isn't being manufactured yet? And it will come from Abingdon. As I say that's just a guess.
