I would not disagree with your calcs regarding WSBN's MCAP its all speculative really, could go to £10m could go to £50m just on sentiment and expectation prior to results. I'm happy with the risk/reward here.
I do not think that you are knocking GGP, I hope I haven't given that impression, I was just querying some of your calcs.
With respect I would not agree though that the 5% price alone will define GGP's current market value as the terms, cut off point etc. will need to be considered to establish exactly how the agreed sum relates to current value. Also there are other assets to consider as WSBN is considered I suppose. Maybe when you say that the 5% will make clear GGP's market value you had included the above? but your comment suggest that it will just be a case of multiplying up the 5% to arrive at a current market value. I do not think that would provide an accurate assessment. However you may be proved right depending on whether the market/PI's take your point of view or mine. Interesting to see which way it goes.

I thought that may have been the way you calculated it.
Your calcs though seem to disregard the value, to ggp, of the 5% newcrest will have to acquire. Also if you are basing figures on the MRE's does that mean that WSBN is worth £0 at the moment? surely all mine values are based somewhat on future prospects?
Anyway I'm in GGP and WSBN, for the long term, so hope both do very well.

I'm a bit confused as to how the NPV reduces if the MRE has increased from 2m to 6m ounces? re your comment:-
2) “The realisable value of the asset is still very uncertain” - Greatland’s most recent published NPV figure is $508m (not all attributable to them) at US$1750 gold (probably a reasonable long term estimate) (based on an initial 2 Moz AuEq, of which Greatland owns 30%). Greatland have since upgraded their mineral reserve est to 6.5 Moz, so very roughly, if 100% of that reserve was developed, assuming the same head grade (unlikely - I suspect it will be lower based on drill results), this would equate to an NPV attributable to GGP of roughly US$495m or GBP 401.
