Looking at the weather, there is no snow forecast for the next 2 weeks.

I wonder if the work force are on a fixed contract? Or the mine stays open until the snow fall reaches a certain height, or the temperature drops to low for equipment to function properly. A extra month without snow is a lot more ore to dig out.
