Actually, it seems based on sell/s in last 30 minutes last days, somebody wants to keep sp down. If it would be a big seller still present, then we would have plenty of sells throughout the days within last couple of days..

A huge disconnect between NAV and market price of Salarius - 130 times.
Malcolm said at presentation, now they believe they have a good business formula with Lucyd, Salarius and Belluscura. He added if one triggers successfully there will be high rewards for TEK.
Salarius new CEO bought 2.5% of Salarius for $50k. That values Salarius at $2m and Salarius apparently doesn't have anything yet beside couple of appointments ;)
Salarius NAV was $15.128,00 as of end of last fin. year.

These are based on presentation Malcolm Groat FD gave in April.
Belluscura: exploring a listing of Belluscura.
Salarius: launch low sodium snack food and table salt company in 2018 - pending news
Lucyd: develop prototype AR glasses - expected in September and ready for use Q1 2019. If all goes well they might announce strategic partner this year imo. Malcom mentioned to be sold to companies like Google.
Clifford Gross on Lucyd (Feb. 2018):
... After the 1-year development process, our goal is to find strategic partners to manufacture and distribute the smartglasses. We believe that if our prototype works well, it’ll be straightforward for us to identify the right strategic partner.
...We are not seeking to solve all of the AR problems but rather offer a minimal package that will be lightweight, look and function exactly like regular glasses yet enhance the visual experience. Other companies are looking to solve more complex technology problems in AR such as the co-location of real and virtual objects in 3 space. We appreciate what our competitors are doing, however our job is to enable augmented glasses to go mainstream.

It might point to a new placing. Tek has admin cost of 2.4m and had cash of 1.7m. Gross profit 250k (revenues 900 - cost of sales 650) ... not enough cash to cover entire 2018 unless they reduced admin cost significantly which doubtful. Will see in couple of days. On the other hand placing should not be too big as Lucyd is covered until prototype is ready for token owners...maybe a 1.5m max to cover period before monetising Belluscure or Lucyd. All imo Gla

Thanks, I read also early rns’ announcement of Nevada Copper success story and basically all I could see is that good mineralisation and grades can be as little as 200m deep or 550m - 600m deep in these Nevada’s provinces. Expecting assay news on 2nd week of August.
I am trying to find any nearby explorers what they/if they found similar mineralisation at similar dept. No luck so far. Lots of them are located much further north Nevada. Anyone has found anything that could share? Ta
at 400m intercepted intense hydrothermal alteration which showed very encouraging signs for GWMO geologists. Assays for 320m-450m will show 'encouragements' with numbers. I read it as they believe they are in a good direction with their exploration programme. Therefore they decided to start designing additional 2 drills.
Drill targets of 3 drills planned are between 775 - 900; rns 24th April. Going deeper could be even better?
Before my thinking was why not to wait until drill targets are reached. But it makes sense that if they notice intense change in mineralisation they might want to know exactly what it is - if confirmed mineralisation continues at the depth then GWMO know who would be most appropriate to approach, enables earlier jv talks - gold/copper companies.
