We benefitted too from our broader, stronger business with wholesale also adding to our supermarket and online scale. Wholesale contribution to Group LFL was 1.1%, equivalent to very strong wholesale LFL of 21%, primarily due to the c.230 extra McColl's stores that we started to supply in recent weeks. Exactly - Chip contacts are driven by very very tight margins.
The rising £ and the strengthening commodity prices isn't going to help here. It will hit their profitability big time.
The sharks will be circling watching the share price, if they pushed the price low enough it will just be consumed, ARM is a perfect example.
Don't think you are to far wrong here, I am looking at 48p or below before i dip my toe back in. I did expect more profit with the the low £ plus all the hype of how well they were doing , but what you need to face it, they are in a world of low profit, high turnover components.
Chip contacts are driven by very tight margins. Rising £ and the strengthening commodity prices isn't going to help here going forward, this is only my opinion

Quick search in google this morning returns, lots of very positive news stories which have been generated within the last 24hours .. articles from New Electronics, Investomania, Expert Consulting, Exclusive Reportage, WalesOnline, BangaloreWeekly, ****** Herald.. all reiterating to the same thing undervalued and outstanding grow potential... last time I saw this amount of noise IQE share price double... Are we in for a catapult session very soon.. IQE is just off a 38.2 fibz retracement point (120), the 161 showing a SP143.. which would be the next stop

I always find the charts don't lie. Falling iPhone and other apple product sales + increasing shorts + basic fundamental's on the charts = this is only going one way.
