the Stonepark deposit which hosts 5.1 million tonnes grading 11.3% Zn+Pb (Inferred Category; see report on Stonepark by SLR Consulting dated April 17, 2018). The deposit remains open to expansion and is 1-3 kilometres away from Glencore’s Pallas Green zinc deposit. Future exploration will also focus on four prospects located 5-10 kilometres to the southwest of the Stonepark deposit, where historic zinc intercepts have yet to be followed up.

Stonepark (next door to Glencore's Pallas Green) deep drill hole and a Lithium asset
Todays squeeze and rise shows how little stock is available between 0.4-0.55p
Stock gifted by the 6% holder that had to sell a few months ago.
John Teeling is an Irish academic and businessperson who is notable for the wide range of businesses he has developed or overhauled over several decades. He is also known for having brought ten companies to public listing on the London Stock Exchange, the most of any Irish person 1.
According to a report by Independent.ie, John Teeling and his family had a net worth of €45 million in 2017.

What is the Stonepark project worth? A lot more than 0.45p
i'm sorry i have my doubts. you've commented on rrr 134 times this month alone.
there are so many small cap companies you could be horrified by every aspect of their governance.
look what has happened to rgm or now crcl since mr bell left that company. did the governance improve?
they raised more money than their m/c at 0.4 and huge debt and the share price dropped from over 2p to 0.2's. i'm not a shareholder of that company but the point is there are so many companies with poor governance imo, yet you spend your time talking down rrr?!
i think and i hope you are secretly buying at 0.13-0.15 as mentioned before when i read your posts you are clever enough to see a trade.
as long as that insider and i guess you mean helpful isn't trading and dosent over step the line (which i guess you think he does at times) it doesn't matter and when i read his comments they are generally about the projects or responding to personal comments and i for one wouldn't be able to research some of the information and so often (not always) is informative.
i guess i am a conspi****** like actually you are secretly.
you believe helpful and others influence people and i believe your negative comments does the opposite and scares people into potentially selling. it would be sad if that were true and then the price rises as a deal happens in zimbabwe and they lose money because they sold as a result of your 134 posts this month, wouldn't it?
please tell me you are buying as it would make my weekend.
if you are not then find 5 or 6 other companies and talk their governance issues.
BB you talk an awful lots about RRR and you seem smart enough to know the price levels.
Are you actually buying the stock around the 0.13 level because someone is.
Not really at £3m m/c with the projects and potential DRC cash to come in.
RRR always squeezes - traded 3-4bn shares on the EIA certificate in Zim with the near term production, has pulled right back.
What it shows is eyes are on RRR for right or wrong reasons. The TR1 holder previously bought on market and has 4% - I doubt he's very stupid - previously went to 6% and has the funds and history to buy 25m shares at any one time.
The company has won their case in the DRC and will come when it comes - even on your worse case and he agrees £2m-4m what would that do to the share price from this level? I think he will get the full amount but that is a guess.
Lithium grades were over the export % and so a potential deal is to be had you'd hope.
EO will happen whenever it happens and is worth 1/2 the current m/c. Oil price is good and funds available whether with the current broker or a different one.
Andrew Bell is a fighter and the price hasnt been this low and I can see on the RSP and L2 that there isnt much stock available and any good news will make it move very quickly.
Am I happy it is at this level? Of course not, but that provides an opportunity.
Australia Gold is worth something to both RRR and POW (A deal is to be had at some stage). Just look at what happened to Fosterville South a few years ago or ECR 0.5p - 4p on the gold price rising and excitement in Victoria. POW has stated they wish to IPO at some point and with their history the IPO would be valued at £8-10m maybe with a few £m cash. So what is the value to RRR?
Kenya has a resource and could be sold at some stage or vended into another company. Some unrealised value.
A lot depends on the Lithium deal and DRC funds but wow if they come off risk reward is seriously in the reward box imo.
I'm not invested or buying for Burkina Faso so dosent bother me.
He's going to get the whole amount imo.
Much stock available under 0.13?
RNS: Kavango continues to finalise the circular and prospectus for the forthcoming Stage 2 financing with Purebond (announced >>> 09 May 2023 for £4.6million at 1p per share). The Company expects to publish the Circular in the coming days and call the general meeting to seek approval from independent shareholders of a waiver in accordance with Rule 9 of the Takeover Code (Whitewash) in relation to this transaction.
The next RNS will be the Purebond £4.6m x 1p financing?
IntraDay?
Good buying today. Squeeze is on under 0.5p.
Lets see it continue tomorrow and Monday.
The only reason the price is here is because the 6% holder dumped his stock otherwise it was trading nicely 0.55-0.65. The dumped stock is nearly cleared and will move quickly if people start buying this £1m m/c company.
Imagine if Adrian starts buying the company again on market and the price which would have to be paid.
Any real news and it will move very quickly.
Surprise RNS on Stonepark deep drill hole from Group Eleven and good luck buying.
If Group Eleven were to make an offer for Arkle's Stonepark % by buying Arkle or even a company like Glencore (who own 20+% of Group Eleven) or Adventous Mining/South 32 or Demir Export like with CGNR.
Stonepark alone is worth multiples of Arkles market cap and if you wish to research John Teeling just look how successful Teeling Whiskey is. You should know the value of Arkle Resources because John Teeling certainly does and the big mining companies in the area.
The share price will rise when people squeeze the limited stock available.
0.35-0.4 looks a good level to buy imo.
Reading up on KCB is very interesting.
Make a discovery in the KCB and Kavango's share price will be 20-30 times higher in a flash imo.
With funding from Purebond to either drill or have the financial firepower to pretend we will drill and secure great terms on a JV is very exciting and seriously missed by the market.
Dave Catterall has made significant discoveries and he works mainly with Kavango (80%) and Cobre.
Directly responsible for Zone 5 underground discovery that is currently subject to a $2bn bidding war. Yes $2bn.
It is amazing that Kavango shares are trading at 0.6 range and should be well above 1p with the Purebond support.
When the whitewash is announced and that can be any day the shares will rise very quickly with very limited stock under 1p.
I sense we will have an update very soon with Dave being with the new exploration manager.
You can also see Sandfire and Cobre working together to fly over the land.
'Purebond deal is still going ahead on the same terms and the prospectus is currently being reviewed by the FCA' - market needs to wake up very quickly.
Strong BUY imo.
JV / Contract mining agreement now the results are out together with the DRC funding - good luck you've been given the heads-up
Hopefully the assays are announced tomorrow if back. Helpful could confirm or insist Mr Bell releases the grades. Would be nice to see a 7am RNS
Tradedesk.
Are you hearing the assays for Tin Hill are back from the lab and will be announced very shortly?
Nice cheap warrants in MARU and its been great sitting on Aquis.
I must say he's done a great promote and surprised me how well.
Lets see how it goes when they move over, what goes up sometimes comes down.
Profit goes somewhere.
Are you guys are professional derampers and scaring people from investing (yes I know ha,ha) or trading!?
RRR have assets and projects they can sell part or all off if they needed or wanted too.
Example.
If they wanted and there was a buyer they could sell part or all of their position in
Lithium - multiple buyers for their position including their NDA partners close to site.
Elephant Oil - yes locked in, but could sell if the buyer was willing to accept the lock-in period. Yes maybe for a reduced price to IPO but would still be higher than their initial buy in price/cost.
Could sell Kenya if they wanted too.
I'm sure there would be buyers for the Gold resource - maybe not the value wanted but there is a price for something and would bring in much needed capital to the business.
Australia Gold - again maybe not the price wanted by the company but there is an opportunity
You are just as usual scare mongering without owning shares.
A £3m m/c company with opportunities and news events and at the lower end of the chart....good upside for even the scaremongers'.
I hope you don't mean Corcel after Mr Bell left Regency.
There are a few out there in this market and spread your own risk.
I also like POW at these 0.7 levels and KAV at 0.6 with their 1p financing due on the prospectus and a few others but RRR has the ability to easily rise 50, 100, 200% imo and I think you know that too. Even a 50% rise is good from 0.15?!
Still an asset on the balance sheet and still something they are paying for regularly.
Just because it isn't on their commercial update doesn't mean they do not want to IPO Australia. We all know they do.
