With Black, the new TR1, POW and Lundy's friends I would suggest 35% of the company is held by a few number of people not looking to sell and therefore a squeeze now the Ccapital raise has been flipped. Right before Gold production announcement? Sounds like a perfect storm just like the 4-5bn shares that traded on Tin Hill announcement that Black made a significant turn.

Black would have bought the 75m from the service provider via First Equity. Hence why the SP didn't drop.

Not sure why he didn't develop Tin Hill after the rainy season but the other part of Lithium sales - the lithium price fell off a cliff and that's not exactly Andrew's fault.

Surly that is tongue in cheek and you know who and the history of Gervaise Heddle is, and the discovery and deal at GGP (0.2 to 30-40p) and ONDO (3p to 25p).

GGP / POW connections into a £1.5m m/c company - projects and finance available at different levels.

Reviewing it look's like a £1.5m m/c company with £800k in cash and potential of Euro790k overdue from end December '23 from a JV with Lake Victoria and the JORC Gold project?!

Not many companies on the market at such a low market cap and with such cash.

Basically a £1.5m m/c company with the equiv. cash + Haneti (not sure how good this project is but has some value) and Blyvoor Gold tailings project now PAF have pulled out that took KAT to 2.5-3p a few years ago. Now can buy at 0.12/13.

New board with POW CEO as Chairman and his connections in Rick Rule and the Saudi investors. Note Sean didn't come into POW at £1.5m m/c but £15m. Much easier to take a company £1.5-10m than £15m to £100m.

Read that POW could spin their Uranium projects into KAT for shares, but I'm sure that's guess work at this stage. Point is there will be a reason Sean is now the Chairman.

Point is at this level it is an amazing risk/reward market cap without the need to raise further funds for a very long time.

And IF they receive the arbitration award of $7.5m in non dilutive cash then the company will be trading at £10-15m m/c in a flash and probably spike higher.

They could also asset sell to raise cash - Australia to POW (what's the value on the books?), Kenya (maybe a deal with GCAT, when they come back to trading (cash and shares) or even another company on a different exchange, ASX etc) and as Zimbabwe grows then other Zim miners will look to use RRR and tie up deals.

Maybe partners or others connected with Zimbabwe may look to take a 5-10% stake in the company.

Don't need to use the market or bucket shops to raise capital and Andrew has shown today he understands that.

The last CLN was on good terms, especially if the company sells an asset or receives the DRC funds first.

Cant have it both ways. RRR are looking to produce Lithium and buy/trade Lithium, truck, ship and sell to Chinese customers they've met and agreed too supply. Andrew has said they are profitable and so that ticks the 'make money' box...for £3m m/c

I think they are secret buyers trying their hardest... the price has bounced many times from 0.14-0.19 - and they know it, everyone can see it.

When it breaks 0.19 we will imo see a real rerate - especially after the DRC funds which will obviously come if they were offered an amount and couldn't take due to anti-briary rules...just a matter of time (hours?) before the chief of staff puts his stamp on the document and it is RNS announced and then the money is collect a week or two later .

On exporting Lithium which is a big deal then RRR will be offered money from very smart companies and not retail bucket shops.

These guys have been buying and selling and will probably trade it tomorrow too.

Just know its a game for them.

Something not many companies can do including the £200m crazy value once given to PREM. Maybe just maybe PREM will be asking RRR to ship their concentrate to the Red Rock Chinese clients. Oh that will be a fun RNS. Helpful any possibility?

Red Rock is 'exporting Li' and they don't understand the company are selling it.....and to Chinese clients they met in Dubai. Just because we haven't been given their names doesn't mean they don't really exist.

People will believe fairy stories from PREM but grizzle and moan when RRR do what PREM cant do - export and get the best price for the Lithium. At current Li prices I believe probably PREM loses money on every ton. RRR will be profitable on every ton.

Tomorrow you will see an intraday RNS saying the truck crossed the border and arrived at the bonded warehouse.

Once that happens and you see truck and signs/warehouse images from Mozambique the buying will be relentless.

Its happening and for such a small market cap company is a gift at these levels imo.

In terms of finance once the company exports and maybe even today after the RNS and hence the reason for the two RNS's the company will be being offered finance in CLN to support the short ongoing costs before the $7.5m DRC arbitration money comes. That RNS will be on you don't want to be out of the stock for.

Wake up and smell the price and imo 'Strong BUY'!

From the previous RNS its very possible that RRR will be giving shares to POW to take 100% ownership of Victoria Gold.

Or POW will be give the money they received from selling KAV shares to RRR plus shares in POW locked-in. It makes perfect sense that either RRR or POW own Australia 100% in order to build the story an IPO.
