Amigo Loans has proposed a Scheme of Arrangement (also referred to as the Scheme).
The Scheme is a way to legally manage customer complaints in a fair manner. This is done by allowing all complaints to be reviewed at the same time and against the same criteria.
The reason Amigo has proposed the Scheme is due to the sheer number of complaints looking for compensation (also referred to as redress). Compensation may be given to a customer if their complaint is classed as a 'valid claim'. There is not enough money to honour all valid claims under our normal complaints process. Therefore, the Scheme is the only way customers will be able to receive cash compensation.
If you are an existing or past customer of Amigo Loans and think you have a complaint about an Amigo loan made between 28 January 2005 and 21 December 2020, you are now eligible to vote either 'for' or 'against' the Scheme going ahead.

Would have been better for them to do the 1st drill as planned in mid May, and move to the new drill site thereafter, as it's not gonna run away!

Drilling is targeting shallow, stacked, trap structures from 300m to a maximum depth of 1200m. Once commenced, each hole is anticipated to take 30 days to complete. Returns of helium gas within drilling mud will be constantly monitored with updates on helium shows provided as appropriate as drilling advances.
