Darren has started to build the 5km access road already, he would not do that if he was unsure about the resource. This is the one we have been waiting for!

I watched a documentary this week that highlighted the poverty in Nicaragua. Was shocked to learn that many poor people are surviving on a dollar a day. One of the great things that La India will bring, is well paid employment for a thousand locals. It will be good to see our investment making a difference to the people and local economy.

AuInspired - Thanks for the info on Titus, do keep us updated with progress. Some of us find the status of the transportation of our process plant interesting!

Surrey - I'm impressed by how your opinions have changed from disappointment in CNR to optimism in MTL, well done!

Acc - I'm top heavy MTL too, but I can't find a company with better potential. We have all our ducks in a row now, resources in the ground, cash to exploit the resources and a world class management team. This has become a cash printing machine!

I bought a few HEX earlier in the month on the basis of the Drachs buy. However, I sold a couple of weeks later at slightly above my cost and re-invested the proceeds into MTL. I believe in the MTL story and understand the steps required to become even more successful. I didn't see the same potential in HEX, that's why I bailed out.

It's not in MTL's best interest to prove up enough ground to pay the additional CVR's before the mine is producing (cash flow). So I hope the second CVR pays, but not before first pour. Also, there will be an awful lot of drilling required to prove up the extra millions of ounces required for the CVR to pay and this will probably take years.

The mill has been incorporated into the design, they will have two mills processing the ore.

Gold mining sector operated at median ev/ebitda of 10.9x from fiscal years ending December 2020 to 2024. MTL is currently 4.9x, we can easily double from here just on Runruno performance. We can double again when La India gets closer to production. Dupax will be the cherry on top once the ground is proved up.

Despite the pullback we have doubled in the past six months and we can double again in the next six months too. Remember, this is the AIM and sometimes price movements are large!

I would imagine you could feed in 3 million shares to the market easily over a period of a couple of weeks. Yesterday you could have sold a single chunk of half a million shares at a price above the bid. Over time the price will fluctuate, but that maybe better than trying to dump 3 million shares in a day. - Good luck!

Pedro - why don't you just clear off, polluting this board with nonsense and attacking members that disagree with you does not add anything to the quality of this board. You have left MTL, it's time for you to leave this board too.

I said I already have too many MTL for a balanced portfolio, but seeing an opportunity to buy under 13p I had to top up with a few more!
