Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
I can see this dropping into the 50’s.
Really poor performance lately.
How’s your back Titan? :-)
Jim - I'll go for 50m. :-)
Garry - Get over it sunshine. Stop whining like a little girl.
The message from Jmann was clear, they found something and it was significant. Obviously not as significant as we hoped for.
They ran out of money, drilled in the wrong place.
That’s life mate.
I would say Simon Potter delivered on what “we”always wanted.. a drill in the Bahamas from 3D seismic.
No major wanted in on the drill. BPC had two choices - drill or lose the license.
It’s as simple as that.
The fact that they hit 50 million rather than 500 million barrels is due to the rocks. We just didn’t know know what was down there...
Anyway, that’s life.
Onwards and upwards.
50 million barrels is not worth the hassle for a major.
50m barrels is not commercial.
I would echo those words from Laallee!
Many thanks Sharescare.
I look forward to the 0.87p drinks in London later this year... :-)
I have a small amount of BPC still in my ISA for old times sake.
Star - I have never used the PM on LSE. Can drop me a message on ADVFN instead? Cheers.
Titan - It’s better to have a good representation at court. It’s money well spent.
Just look at the tree huggers, they had Fred Smith and he couldn’t stop a butterfly let alone the Icemax.
Yonny - many thanks, and yes, hopefully we can have a few beers at the Grenadier when London re-opens. The Red Lion in St James’s Square is my HQ these days, plus the Chequers.
All the best to you also. Good luck for the future.
Onwards and upwards! :-)
Laallee,
I look forward to it!
I haven’t been in the Nags Head for about 10 years. I never got past the Wilton Arms, it was our lunch time drinking hole in the good old days.
ATB
After many years of following BPC I sold out this afternoon.
This was the only single share I held, and I believed in the project. Unfortunately it wasn’t to be this time.
Hopefully our paths will cross at the Grenadier at some point.
Laallee - I will need your guidance on investment trusts!
Onwards and upwards. Time for a beer...
GL all and chin up.
Morning Egg, not sure what to say to be honest. Classic AIM, I won’t be selling today but these are tucked away in the bottom drawer again. It’s closure at least. Time for a cup of tea and a walk in the snow. There are many more important things in my life than shares, and I will be glad to focus on funds rather than AIM going forward!
We all know the risks Prozac.
Caution was required with 88E last year also but sadly you didn’t listen to us.
Bet against Mr Burns and Jmann at your peril.
I’m all in for the result.
Your going down the shark hatch.
P1 has anhydrite and shale layers all over it that are preserved from good quality 3D seismic.
Koots comments at the time of the merger confirm that and more, plus Mr Potter at the Oil Barrel Conference in late 2019.
watch the video's then come back and lets talk about the seals....
Prozac - you need to do some more homework. I give you 2 out of 10 for that de-ramp.
P1 has a 4 way dip closure, confirmed by 3D seismic. The Saxon well was drilled close by but not on one of the fold structures.
Wait for the results....
