...great thing about this RNS is that it confirms that MPS/GPHA agreement is all that we’re waiting for. No other blockages. Once they’ve signed their agreement then ours is signed. Could be any day between now and Christmas. Ho ho ho.
It may not be financially material or move the dial on the share price but it does draw a line under one of the biggest debacles in the company’s history and was mentioned in the AGM statement so I think it is newsworthy.
Even if they don’t think it is RNS worthy or not worth the cost (which is a nonsense excuse), there are plenty of other channels to get this news out, like an news item on the website. The silence stinks of hoping to bury it in another announcement. The optimist in me says that’s because another positive announcement is due soon. The realist says it’ll be in the usual Christmas Eve pump RNS.

But using Mike’s figures, that would be c. £50k revenue. Not esp mouthwatering? Surely throughput must have ramped up since then now we’re “fully operational”?
So just to get this straight, you think that because not time limit was mentioned that means that MPS granted us an indefinite period of exclusivity? *slaps forehead*
