Yes as you say quire rightly caution is needed

I've now been in and out 20 times and have been mostly lucky with timings and built in a decent level of insulation but...

this huge swing must have caught a lot of us out me included and there doesn't seem to be a visible reason other than lack of news and general market nervousness

However I still believe in the longer term viability and growth prospects of the company and am holding for the recovery which I think will take two or three decent chunks of positive news and will happen in due course.

I do take your general point however The Anglo-Persian Oil Company now BP when it started drilling in Persia discovered nothing for the first 7 years.....

When I first got into Rockhopper it went from 42.5p to 242p in a month passed 300p after another 8 weeks and peaked at 464p by the end of that summer...

I'm not saying there will be such a feeding frenzy with us but when this starts to move who knows......

I three bagged RKH back then and sold out long before the short lived peak but I'm older and more patient now and looking at 10 bagging this time... time will tell and as always entirely IMO.

Hi Sharealot I've been with HL along time and have no complaints with the service and user friendly support

I often cant get a quote when the market in a particular share goes 'fast' as it's termed and its not the fault of HL as they are not the MM's but the trading platform and it is theMM's who 'switch' on and off availability to buy or sell depending on their trading requirements at any given time
