Also, further down the page, there's a brief description of any company you look up which is a useful start if something new has caught your eye.

Yep I got a similar response from HL yesterday and they confirmed it is an IT software issue

Yep absolutely classic harvesting AIM style a drop in the price before RNS....lost count of the number of times I've seen this

Sit tight and don't be tempted to trade round it IMO

Yep nice to see a current 5% up so far today

Very often I have seen this type of investment sit on the back burner for a while when relatively little visible is going on but as you say one or two positive RNS and the potential of this company will emerge again to garner interest from potential investors.

and he says there may be some kind of cash redemption for shareholders but there is no legal obligation to do so

I know from long experience and fully expect that at some point today a treeshake will be generated to harvest for increasingly large orders

If you think about why you have invested in this share and the story unfolding the risk/reward balance has never looked better
