Erm.. The Chinese aren't exactly tiptoeing around Africa and don't seem to mind holding their noses when dealing with corrupt officialdom to invest their billions

Last Monday the well respected Cannaccord put out a buy note on HE1 with a target of 21p and it looks increasingly likely this will be met and indeed passed as increasing interest and positive sentiment drive the sp.
