Some very good thoughts by others on our board today, but I am still not fully convinced by Tenners, as he started his write up’s wanting the so called “posse” to come with him…..how can I say it correctly ? Almost in Looed’s face , very demanding..!! they didn’t read well to me.

So like Sling said ,?names taken down , Sling predicted softening of words and eased back with his/ her write ups. Got that bang on.

I personally care not one jot if Looed knows more right now, Looed I believe will tell us more “when” Looed can.

Looed was named in a court of law as assisting “us” real holders in our company, that does not warrant that type of behaviour by someone who wants the best for our company. Bridge burnt with myself that one.

tabs, no dark side in myself, that I can assure you, I just can’t prove that sadly. I am using the force as much as I can though.!

I have said there are lots of negatives in this whole saga, but surely people also see positives as I do? Our Leader could have easily rolled us a long time ago, very easily I think?

You all still check in on this board, if you are a real holder, that means you hold out hope like I do.

Tabs, no jumping at shadows from myself, tenners wording and him simply ducking questions asked of him, not just from myself but others, why??if your gut tells all is ok, thats your call, but no way am jumping at shadows. I know where my gut tells me ti believe and not to believe.

Emblaze1, you could actually be on to something there, the desperation from them now is surfacing. Our leader ( aka Paul Newman ) is pulling off the greatest “Sting” of them all with Dustin ( Robert Redford ) and the rest of their team.

Tenners, All I asked was what questions you have asked directly, as again being a thicko like myself I only read your thoughts in a write up posted on this board? You haven’t responded to that or the name of the person, whom if is part of the Deloitte team dealing with FRC case, would surely welcome mail directed to them..? It is after all highly likely a set team will deal with said liquidation.

PS , I did say well done you for trying, just in case you missed that.

Then after your huge update from yourself, we get the last small paragraph stating they are happy to receive emails, was this an automated Deloitte response ? Or do you have a named response i.e “regards from ??.

We get why you want to know, we REAL holders want the same, you claimed earlier it was a positive reply, can you elaborate on this? Or is that it.?

A positive reply to me would be your shares aren’t in FRC!

Ricardo, as I confirmed to Sdyas, I am bonkers!

I look at life as positive as I can, we can, as you are doing look at the negatives here ( there is plenty ) or you can look at the positives like do. E.g’s below.

My research as best as a novice could , including our leaders family history.

The very fact we have Columbo aka Looed who has just done the most unreal amount of work for us real holders. Also what I believe in being little clues to how close we are now.

Why would anyone do that amount of work?

All these have been in past years, Covid, the present war, as Madp advised on Spewtin invading when our company told us they had found oil, and all the court cases thrown in on top of that, yet still we see our leader at meetings with GG.

So again, I could be lying flat out sickened to death as I was years ago or I can be like myself now. No contest for myself, but totally 100% understand why others are like they are as I have been there, I’am fully aware this is not a given, but I see positives, a huge one being Looed and Jim’s updates from our leader, it just seems not many see the same as myself. You’re call on that one.

Our very own Columbo aka Looed, if I recall many moons ago, he said he “hoped” one day to tells how things transpired , I think that in itself is a clue to how close this is, Looed told us who he was by being mentioned in a court of law.

So the question has been asked to Deloitte, in what form I have no clue? Now if it’s as simple as are my shares here, how long before Mr Deloitte says to the office mate, hey Shirley, we got an email here off someone who says they are a share holder, “ what is the time line process” ?? If they tell Tenners, yep Tenners your shares are here ( game over for us ) do we get any compensation after “all” creditors are sorted firstly? does this add more time to this saga? Hey Shirley, we must log this as we are a reputable company, file it at bottom of the list as we have other things more important firstly and we can then speak to Tenners to tell him all his tenners are gone??

Has anyone ever gone into liquidation and left say, a billion quid and Deloitte says happy days, nice and quick this one, split it evenly amongst everyone, take “OUR” huge fee and case closed?

Or does anyone have any previous of liquidation where share holders get something back? if yes, what was something?

Far to late in the day for me personally, but we are all entitled to our own views, lets just hope it doesn’t prolong this saga even longer than it is.?
