It’s not going to get you in jail if you say the report from a director level, is in your personal view poss or neg? A strange comment for me that one!?

As set out in the Liquidators’ email of 25 March 2024, in circumstances where your shares are held via a custodian or nominee (i.e. Interactive Investor), the Liquidators require consent and authorization from the shareholder of record (i.e. the custodian or nominee) to provide you with the report. The requirements of that letter (to be issued by the custodian / nominee) are set out in the email of 25 March 2024, attached for ease of reference.

I won’t mention the name of my email response for the persons privacy. the attachment would only open a Deloitte screen tag not a letter.

I am happy to just wait this out now, because if the holders who have read the report, if the reading of the report was end game reading, am more than sure this board would be full of write up’s that could well put tabs write up’s to shame. I’am keeping up my request emails for updates to our companies though.?

Tabs, I could say the same on your mostly negativity, again I am totally and utterly aware my savings could be gone, so I have to disagree with you on my naivety , I believe in our leader until proven otherwise, which no one on this board can currently tell is 100% wrong. as far as I can see, although not good as we all know, what we don’t know for 100% certain is that our leader SN is doing wrong by us? You all know where I stand on this and I truly hope am not wrong.? It’s playing out now, time tells all tales, God knows we have waited long enough to get clarity or closure from our company.

Can anyone tell me have they ever come across a company like ours?

who has been through a global pandemic that lasted for yrs, a crisis that bad it finished off huge amounts of companies even national type companies, had board directors trying to swindle real holders and an owner leader out of his and real share holders of their company?

Had and still has court dealings, with winning near all of them slowly but surely, with a leader who comes from a “properly” clued up and very successful family , with a background of working in seriously corrupt countries like Conoco did and where as far as I could research they did pretty bloody good work in these countries.

Now the world for me right now is in a financial world war, never mind actual wars with spewtin.

Well as dark tunnels go folks, we have been in one for a very very long time, but in my tunnel a light shines, don’t give up hope real holders, we have our very own “S”aint “N”ick on our side, he has his A-Team kicking ass as far as I can see and read?

Throw in the mix a super sleuth, named in the court dealings, a sleuth who dropped little hints many moons ago saying he/she wanted to one day divulge more but couldn’t back then, a sleuth that gets barracked left right and centre , spends unreal amounts of personal time on a board with us real holders and the cuckoo nest crew like Billy Bibbit and his mates, yet still keeps us updated!

My gut tells me this is not over, my hope and belief is in our leader smashing it out the park better than Babe Ruth ever did.

Monty, I do enjoy reading your posts and very kind words, fear not a jot that anyone on this board can make me down, been there and got the t-shirt, back up many yrs ago by reading II board and through the finds of the super sleuths on here last few yrs. I have a very sizeable chunk of savings monies ( for me personally anyway ) in our company and I am very much hoping for a return still on our/ my investment, but I totally understand we are not out the dark tunnel yet.

Nothing about this share has been normal, but I see positives where some want our company to fail, the I told you these are crooks etc etc, I am a novice not a trader.

I “believe” in our leader full stop, I am not here trying to promote him, just sharing my thoughts on our company share board like others share their thoughts, nothing wrong with that.

You are one of the few who gets it and I believe still hold hope as I do…We are seat belts on and hoping for a take off with the squadron of black swans.
