This is a perfectly normal and very often repeated growth and maturing dynamic.

An entrepreneur who builds this tyoe of high growth business is much more maverick than a leader highly governance driven listed business. Some recognise this and step aside as its just not for them when they realise the skills don't suite them others make the transition.

MM definitely needs to change or be changed. He is very poor at investor relations although he is clearly excellent at business building. He cant be enjoying this himself. He also clearly has a totally way out of depth investor relations team who I would be sacking immediately if I were him for the sake of his wealth/health his employees and his public investors.

His investor relations director needs to change their CV on linked in stating that they presided over a 90% share price collapse post listing for a business that was actually performing well and beating IPO targets

You are so wrong on winfall tax. There is no winfall to investors just look how much the divi been cut. Who baiked us out when oil was negative and divi cut came in. We suffered then we still are now let us get the flip side. These divis are for pensioners via funds and PIs. Also they are doing loads for greening up the world let them do that rather than put it into useless gov hands

You should be looking at the tech for winfall taxes. The biggest companies in world apple amazon eBay etc dodge what they should oay yet take our ppund use our roads benefit from outlr education and laws. Focus on them for winfall tax

2. They pay their fair tax...who bailed us in the bad times which the investors are still paying for as reduced divi
3. This is owned by funds so oebsioners wi pay the.oruce
4. Tax big tech thru are the ones not paying fair share and dodging and produce massive carbon in data centres

BP and shell used 60boo for their strategic planning and forecasts.

Now its over double and many analysts saying this is the new norm a d could fo 50 % higher again

Has their been such an huge upside shift in their strategy now that it needs to be redone

1. What are they going to do with the huge upside to revenue profit and free cash divi increases vs paydown debt vs buybacks vs green investment
2. Will they increase supply too by.opening more North Sea fields especially to make us more independent of russia

Surely they have to do someone as qrltr 1 results are going to.be stratospheric and likely to continue and certainly way beyond the $60 guidance and ave ladt year $70.
