Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
- Ridiculously low market valuation at present vs any analysis of Fair Value. Let’s not forget annualised production has already increased almost 40% since the start of the year, and is due to increase so much more over the next year. On this basis alone, ignoring all the exciting non-mining/Green operations, we should be at 35-40p already. [As I went into some detail on yesterday]
- Green Stock as well as an excellent mining stock.
- Investors Chronicle, Financial Times, Myles McNulty, and many others have all tipped BMN in recent weeks.
- Out of hundreds of companies, Stockopedia came up with their Top 20 tips for 2021, and BMN came 3rd (and will do better than the two above it!)
- Vanadium prices have risen massively in recent weeks, and are expected to reach $45gV at the bare minimum this year, and BMN's share price always seem to track the commodity price sooner or later (Don't actually think that's fair necessarily but that's what has happened for years, and that's now a very very good thing!)
- Vanadium prices are now rising so fast I believe we will see $45kgV later this month

Upcoming Newsflow:
- Vametco Phase III expansion project news (using Orion Funding)
- Vanchem Phase I refurbishment news (using Orion Funding)
- Enerox news - MoU with AVL (https://themarketherald.com.au/australian-vanadium-asxavl-up-15-pc-after-deal-with-enerox-2020-09-09/). Which obviously suggests the company is expecting us to be involved with the goliath Eskom BESS contracts.
- Invinity news (because it's very clear they're picking up lots of work and we have the option to supply the vanadium for all these VRFB projects)
- Electrolyte Plant Construction phase start in Q1. This was pencilled in to start on 22 Feb so truly is imminent, and this may get a separate RNS in itself. [For proof: Check the tender docs on the ELIDZ tender website https://www.elidz.co.za/tenders/]
- JSE Listing News and/or Main Market News? See this video interview with the CEO at 33 mins in - https://youtu.be/AX_WdScGDVw
- Possible rebrand - Chika recently said an official company description update would come "once the Q4 Update was released")
- Eskom BESS Tender News - Due in Q1, and could arrive any day now and will cause the share price to rocket!
Target price for end of March: 50p+
End of year target: 100p+
Trust all your research, Keep the Faith, and remember that Big News is coming, and it'll then be like buses!
Also let's not forget how the BOD are actively promoting themselves to investment houses at the moment. Something I mentioned 2 days ago and the post got deleted - fancy that !
GLA : )
Incredible how Vanadium commodity prices keep rising and rising.
$45kgV by April ??
$50kgV by May ??
Who knows where this will end. But we're going to be so ****ing profitable regardless.
Happy days : )
Fair play for Alfa correcting us (I thought it was the Eskom tender announcement too tbf), but that’s still exciting news!
@Alfa, when do you think the Eskom news will arrive? I’m predicting next week (as I’ve said for a while now), but am curious to hear your thoughts
Oh and that 1.5m trade is clearly a sell. God knows why anyone would be selling at this time but it’s clear from the trade price.
Holy moly, we have a date and it's THIS MONTH !!!
Jesus Christ this is exciting : D
My previous post on this has been deleted !
I wonder why. Is it because I was giving too much to say that the Bushveld CEO & BOD are actively promoting themselves to investment houses at the moment ??
Very strange. It isn't often one of my posts get deleted like that.

between Inherent Value and the Share Price
After an encouraging tightening of the valuation gap when the share price rose from 12p in early December to 20-24p in January, the share price has failed to perform as expected.
On 8th Jan for instance, the share price was 22.9p when the vanadium price was just over $25kgV. Vanadium prices since risen almost 40% to $35kgV and yet the share price has somehow fallen to where we are now. It makes no sense.
Based on the huge vanadium commodity price increase alone, you would expect the share price to be 40p. Easily 100% from here.
This is ignoring all the non-mining activities. Ignoring the likely Eskom contracts. And ignoring the almost inevitable increase in the Vanadium commodity price.
If V prices rise to $45kgV+ like expected, if we win the Eskom BESS contracts like we hope, and certainly if we then re-brand, we can realistically expect to rise 500-1000% from here.
May sound rampy but this is a life-changing share. And this widening of the valuation gap in recent weeks should be viewed positively as an opportunity to buy / load-up at these bargain prices whilst we still can.
31p - Are they having a laugh?
The mining business alone is worth way more than that.
In fact we sort of did get a sizeable dividend a few years back when we all received free ATM shares when that was spun off. If that counts. But yeah it's irrelevant here to be honest.
Bushveld is instead focused on becoming the most comprehensive vertically-integrated vanadium play worldwide, and the largest primary producing miner outside of China, and that's way more important than having paying out dividends to shareholders. That will come later down the line.
Hi eccles,
Hope you're well? (It's been a while since I sold DLG!)
If you're looking for dividends, Bushveld is not the one for you. There was some talk of this a while back but that's gone right on the back burner, and rightly so when you consider how Bushveld is very much in "growth mode" and therefore have instead chosen to reinvest all money back into the business... with tremendous success!
The NAV has multiplied thousands of times over the past 5-6 years in the most remarkable way you won't see anywhere else, and there's multi-faceted plans to continue that growth in the years ahead with:
- Works planned to massively increase vanadium production. This will make Bushveld the largest vanadium miner outside of China for decades to come. Meanwhile vanadium commodity prices are expected to average out at $45kgV vs production costs of $18kgV. We're not far off that $45kgV sweet spot at the moment (must be around $36-37kgV) and it could rise much higher of course when there's such a large structural deficit.
- Projects such as the construction of the Electrolyte Production Plant. This will mean Bushveld are able to produce electrolyte that can be either sold off or leased out to companies like EDF Renewables - where an agreement is already in place!
- and much more!
So yeah I believe it's the right that there are no dividends at present and no dividends planned for the foreseeable future.
Know you like your dividends mate (so do I) but you need to look past that here, because otherwise you will pass up on the investment opportunity of a lifetime.
All IMHO. DYOR of course. And best of luck to you matey : )

Anyone relying solely on charts are crazy but I do believe they have significance, sometimes if only because they become self-fulfilling, and British Bulls's charting verdicts tend to be right more often than they are wrong. e.g. they issued a Buy signal on 8th Dec @ 13.1p before the re-rate to this 20p ish zone we're in now.
... and their algorithm has just said that today is another Buy Signal.
https://www.britishbulls.com/SignalPage.aspx?lang=en&Ticker=BMN.L
"Last Signal: BUY
Our system’s recommendation today is to BUY. The BULLISH MORNING STAR pattern finally received a confirmation because the prices crossed above the confirmation level which was at 19.0000, and our valid average buying price stands now at 19.1000. The previous SHORT signal was issued on 24/02/2021, 5 days ago, when the stock price was 17.9420. Since then BMN.L has risen by +6.45%.
Market Outlook
The bulls have strong evidence on their side and this evidence prompts us to make a bullish bet. The bullish pattern that was previously identified is finally confirmed and a BUY signal is generated. It is probably the right time to be part of this boost and bullish market sentiment. The market is telling you about a new profit. Do not miss this chance. more..."
Make of it what you will but it put a little smile on my face this morning : )
Also imagine what will happen when/if/when David Beckham tweets about Cellular Goods at some point or another?
Loads of people on here wishing for this to go lower cos they've already sold. Why else would they bother talking down the price on a board of strangers?
Well screw you lot. I'm holding strong and looking forward to when this starts trading on more platforms
Anyone else here with diamond hands?
: )
Yeah interactive investor have said 4th March too
Agreed.
I invested in $IQST and then it suddenly multi-bagged as soon as it went on T212 basically.
Same will happen here.
Live price now 17p by the way : )
Wow a £523,000 + Buy @ 22p is a huge sign of confidence!
As others are saying, let the panic sellers exit, and then - once those sells come to an end - we will see a sea of blue (esp once this starts trading on T212) - to rise us up to new heights
Great tweet, Setcentric!
It's exciting to see how much Vanadium is rising. Looks like we may well see $45kgV this month! It's very exciting!
Also feel we may re-reach 20p today or tomorrow.
And I reckon we will get the Eskom news next week.
#famouslastwords
We're the early birds. The rest of crowd will come when CBX starts trading on T212 and the like.
Happy to hold and will buy more if this dips : )
