The review, focussed on the Lighthouse Project, has brought together all of the historical work undertaken by companies including Newcrest, CRA (Rio Tinto), Esso, Aberfoyle and Pennaroya. New targets have been identified such as the Crimson Wing Prospect with distinctive, banded epithermal veining and the Horse Creek Prospect which has visible copper carbonate in surface rock samples and a 60m wide epidote/iron/silica alteration zone intersected in RC drilling at depth. Lighthouse is demonstrating signs of a large gold/copper system at depth. Epithermal veins, silica/sulphide breccia zones, deep-seated copper-bearing veins and skarn minerals over an area in excess of 2 square kilometres are indicative of a large mineralising system.
