Based on what? LK says, “looking into an M&A” which than gets translated into “it’s going to be big”, “transformative”, “min 100mn”.... based on what? LK doesn’t help here, with his comments in the past, but common guys: keep it real. The money has to come from somewhere and I am NOT looking forward to yet another placing for “a promising assets somebody else doesn’t want”,’followed by more dilution. Let LK first prove success w SD, Icacos and the SWP. We hardly have the resources to go big after the oil in current assets let alone we add new ones to the mix

more than 60% more shares added, at 0.14p. That is the only thing the market understands right now, I am afraid. SP always drops to the placing price: how many examples does one need on AIM to get this? Usually price dips slightly below the placing sp, so no surprise.

I think you are now playing with words, Ors. The point is very clear: every company that does and M&A justifies is to its Shareholders and does that from all angles, including (but not limited to) shareholder value. If you can’t agree to that, I don’t know what to tell you. Meanwhile, next logical stop is 0.14p, as per RNS. I know you support this share, but be a bit more objective it will do your posts more good. Anyway, if one cannot spell out the concern re shareholder value and dilution than I am not quite sure what we can spell out here!

Yes, and there is no mention to "Shareholder Value" in the RNS. Usually companies at least make an attempt to sell the deal as good to shareholders. They didn't even attempt.

All good well copy pasting what is in the RNS (thanks I can read). It is more about what is not in the RNS to me.

Don't get me wrong, from an operational POV it looks very sound, and it has some exciting nuggets in there, but the fact there is nothing even written in the RNS about what his means for Shareholders is a bit shocking, tbh.
