EML have described what a phased build would look like in the past but I'm afraid I can't remember much detail.
My view is this, when I bought in the number of shares in issue were just over 600m, after 2 raises and potential share options available to the BOD we looking at just over 900m which according to my calcs (which I dont have on me) was about a 40% increase/dilution using the exact numbers.
A phased introduction, will mean significantly less is needed to begin production, yes the overall capex cost may increase as a result but by taking a phased approach we may not need to handover so much of the pie & ultimately this project will be more beneficial to current investors.
Interesting, i like the sound of this... a phased introduction means we retain a bigger piece of the pie & also makes financing much more likely. This altho not an admission of next steps clearly pointing the way, I for one approve of this strategy.

Your just thinking of a container, if its going into a storage warehouse on the other side an RFID tag would cover the whole process, I work in procurement so well aware of how freight is tracked.

I totally agree with that, I dont have enough time to keep up with all my investments let alone go and bash ones im not invested in... why would you do that & waste your time? Clearly an alternate reason!
As for the buyout I would be disappointed to see dilution but it is clearly a positive move to gobble up a company that could have been the competition, they also appear to be successful too so its a great move by AZ as it fast tracks access to that part of the world.
I had thought to mitigate my excitement that a 25p to 30p buyout was most likely, even though I think we are worth more... just maybe, maybe we are looking at something significantly north of what I originally thought!!!!!

The stability working with OCP would give us is absolutely fundamental to me, it would also give us longevity whilst in production too & as they are backed by the Moroccan gov it surely has to be a shoe in, given the jobs EML will create.
I've been in EML for 2 years, you even longer i think... things starting to get exciting!!!
With OCP's focus now more on Africa than the US & the fact its about 30 miles away from Khemmesit its hard to think of a deal that that would not involve & be mutually beneficial to both companies.
I too would be ok with being taken out at 55p now, however that would only be ok now. Once finance sorted & mine built this could easily be 80p+ IMO
