Yes Loosegoose it seems we will continue to own 37% of the SubCo. With A$5m raised I am assuming the company will have a mkt cap of no less than A$10-12m on listing which is worth 2.5m pounds to us and then we have our extensive Canadian prospects. I am looking forward to hearing more about Obonga. I think the market has missed the importance of that area.

Not sure why the company felt the need to issue anything other than the license wins but at least we know they are being very upfront which is gratifying.
If we have something here that increased huge swathe of license will be extremely valuable.
I still think there is a bigger company here in the background watching developments.

Over and above the assaying of the samples, and the first mention of gold to my knowledge.

Fire assaying is the quantitative determination in which a metal or metals are separated from impurities by fusion processes and weighed in order to determine the amount present in the original sample.
