Agree Ebob got to try and remain positive that this time they will be good to their word an actually provide some shareholder value. Lotto agree re the personnel it is second to none but again they all presided over a crap raising. There is no doubting these very experienced guys have found the whole process a lot harder than they thought at the outset. That is why I am remaining hopeful but not getting too excited until I actually see a return on my investment.

Ebob that was just an example, I would hope it would be better too but anything above 3p, however that works out after relist and possible consolidation, is all I can wish for at the moment as I have seen far too much promise and disappointment here. DL has the same contacts now as he did when he did the raising when we got our trousers pulled round our ankles and bent over. He is yet to prove he can talk the talk I am afraid.

For me it's all about negotiation with the new investors as to how well existing shareholders do. They could raise �15m of the cash at 30p a share so 50m shares in issue. The current shares could then be consolidated 1 for 9 so 900,000 shares at 1.3p would become 100,000 at 30p which would be a decent uplift but obviously new investors would have to be convinced. Surely they can relist at any amount and any amount for the existing shares with consolidation as long as everyone agrees?

So much for news eh. Another day of waiting no doubt. :-/

JoeCreed yes quite right, me too. The point is not to be fully invested when the drill bit hits unless you are very brave or stupid. I have been stupid in the past and have learnt some hard lessons.

JoeCreed as drills go it is comparatively not high risk.

ChazC by whatever means the company has to see a return for existing shareholders on relist. They have said so in the interview and have said as much in an email to me. By that I would suggest something better than when Pembridge took over from Caf so I would suggest something better than 3p however it works out with the relist. I am mindful the board has options at 3.2p. For me anything less than 3p I will see as a failure and would call them out on that interview and email.

Going well again, moving up on average volume. May be some more big trades in the background.

Lotto I think Thomas was going to say end of April to early May but changed his wording and said somewhere about that time. As you say a bit of slippage is to be expected but hopefully not too much. Need to get weaving now.

Talked a couple of times about prioritising value for existing shareholders. I am still yet to see how they will achieve that on re-list but given that they have delivered nothing but pain for shareholders up to now I am hopeful they will turn this around.

Good churn of stock today. Some decent sells and profit taking but being replaced by some good buying as well.

DXB1 I was invested in the glow in the dark days and made some very good money because I sold the majority of my holding before the drill bits hit having been bitten many times over the years at various oilers all alluding to decent prospects and chances of success. Oil drilling is not an exact science neither is the reading of seismic. I believe the company thought they had something big on their hands and if they had they would have been heroes now. Fact is there is a lot of prospective ground off Namibia and big fields will be found. But that is all history and behind us but no reason to think this company still doesn't have potential. The BoD managed to save it and got backed to the tune of £2m. Now they have a very good and a lot less risky asset in Cameroon plus some other acreage and a tiny mkt cap. I am sure 3d will show the potential of many barrels and this will rerate again towards drilling. The thing is not to be fully invested when the drill bits hits. Good luck.

Given the appalling share action over the last year and low mkt cap a return as good as that or may be better should be well within the realms of possibilities. Come on BoD.
