Hi copperpot, I am glad it was not just me that found the RNS slightly odd and lacking in content. I can understand SS obvious frustration and disappointment as it was his baby and I think he was a lot more sure than the 30% CoS that it would come in but I expected a bit more meat on the bones. Let's hope his obvious annoyance with Wick spurs him on to double down efforts on Sarawak & Tunisia.

I think some of the fall this morning may have been attributed to not much coming from Tullow regarding Jamaica in their update this morning. All it states is that geophysical work has been done and that prospects other than those currently being worked on will be high graded in 2020. Let's hope the CPR provides more joy.

Brooko yes. What he doesn't say is Txp has $13m of debt and has to keep drilling and multitude of Wells and put them on pump to drag the treacle like oil out of the ground. He is comparing apples and oranges and ought to be comparing it with Trin.

Well don't buy it then or sell what you have. If you think the valuation here is too high with the wealth of assets and more to come and £5m of it in cash then I suggest you don't know what you are taking about.

Great news and hardly underwhelming. A nice little earner and it is what is in the other prospects that is exciting which will not have to go through the same lengthy permitting process so 160boepd could very quickly become several times that from East selva and the others.
