The tick up was due to a continous stretch of smallish buys then a few more chunky ones. It ticked up and immediately there was a total of 500k ish sales. I was watching live trades at the time.

Agree. I invested £100k for a pension and lifestyle income and for my daughters future. It really pains me that this Govt, buy the oil (because ofcourse they need it) but have stuffed Evraz.

If it was a Ltd. Company the process to be struck off and disolved would be started by Companies House. Not sure what happens to a PLC?

BUT is this the game the Govt. Is playing? So they can't be directly blamed for Evraz demize?

The least the Govt. Should do for shsreholders is compensate them for the loss (at the suspended share price) due to their misguided sanctions.
