Firstly, all credit to Mickey who prophesied this placing. The good news is that is is quite tiny. That is what bemuses me. After the fees paid by Vlad for conducting the placing, he is really not left with a huge amount. SO, the question for me is.... Is this a case of some private investors approaching Hemo and saying, look we'll invest £500k but we want it at 2.37p? Vlad then running it past Prevail, as I am certain he would have discussed it with them, and Prevail oking it.

Can't believe he would have done it without Prevail's ok.

Either way, we are now funded, and there will be no more placings, certainly not before Hemo is clinical. and there is a huge rerate that goes with that, as lots of people have alluded to.

Personally, I am comfortable with progress, and with this placing. I am in at a 1.60p average, though ofcourse I lost a hefty 6 figure sum in the Mint debarcle. So that provides some balance.

I feel certain that the share price will show a bounce tomorrow, and that today the MM's have been playing the situation as much as they can. I think well climb back to 2.8p+ over the next days.

I am sorry for those that bought in yesterday on the strength of the RNS, and in the SHORT TERM are nursing a loss. BUT they will be rewarded, like us all, in the future.

I would add. I do now fully expect 6p+ on the lifting of the Clinical Hold. Given where the sp is currently today. So it's an easy 100% return for any new investor

IMO The lifting of the Clinical Hold will be 2023. Hemo is then a Clinical Company. I am assuming Prevail and other partners will already be lining up participants for the actual trials. The actual dosing in trials I am not expecting until 1st Q 2024 and never have been.

But all exciting stages moving forward now. I'm expecting a CBR update to be the next announcement in the Interim.

Have been looking at some other pharma companies that had clinical holds placed on their CAR-T treatments for other cancers. The timeline for clinical hold lifts appears to be 2 months, less 1 week. From revisions.

So in my mind that puts us at next week for the clinical hold lift, being 2 months, less 1 week, from when the plan was approved by the FDA. So I'm going for a Monday or Tuesday RNS.

Whenever it may happen. It is for certain very, very close now. And we will see a major rerate in the SP.
