P3 is likely dead.

These patients are on last resort. It's likely he/she has passed before Hemo's treatment is given.

But that doesn't warrant an RNS.

I still remain of the opinion that any JV/Deal with big pharma will be conditional on P1 six month results/data. I suspect a JV has already been negotiated. There is no way that pharma will not be aware of this trial and if its successful the implications for patients worldwide, and now of course children too.

Vlads silence speaks volumes at the moment. There is 'lockdown' imo as the 6 months date aproaches.

These are now exciting times for Vad, his team, MD Anderson, us share holders, and most of all, those suffering with AML.

Agree completely with what you are saying Haywain. For where we are at the moment £24 share price (5p old money) (£120m m/c) would actually be more realistic imo.

With every day that passes, the science gets stronger, and so does P1/P2.

I have no doubt that big pharma are already in talks with Vlad. I have no doubt that they have not noticed what is happening here with the initial results of the trial.

The saddest thing with their actions, is that Hemo is a life saving company. One that will cure not only adults but children also.

And to selfishly try to manipulate the share price for your own quick 5% or 10% speaks volumes about your character.

Pumpky.... To answer your question.. You would NOT know if/when there are any big investors/pharma in discussions with Vlad. It would be tied up in a strict NDA with a nice neat bow on it.

Negotiations would be likely to take months, and I suspect, ARE in progress, and IMO likely waiting for the 6 month data on P1.

To put it in perspective, I sold my business to a FTSE250 company, and that process was tied up in an NDA for 9 months.

To a multi-million/billion pound licencing/JV deal with staged payments on milestones being achieved is likely to take the same, if not longer, with more complex negotiations and legals having to be agreed and signed off by lawyers on both sides etc.

Like others have been alluding too, I expect something to land in August/September imo.

I know this share has tested all our patience, but the science IS working. So it's a question of continuing to wait patiently. These small placings to keep funded ahead of a JV etc. are really neither here or there in the big scheme of things.
