I've never quite understood that. If I were a bulk seller, I'd wait for increases in price and sell into the rises, I certainly wouldn't be selling to restrict SP growth - so why is this seller doing so?

MCC has indeed delisted from AIM but it is very much the Board�s firm intention to list on the Standard segment of the Main Market as soon as possible. The letter states that Mcc will NOT proceed to move its shares from AIM to the main market and I am to move them from HSBC to a broker. I have not come across this situation before.... Any advice please chaps.
