Tried a limit buy for 50k instead. I've decided after much deliberation that now is the time to average down to 2.94 if it goes though.
I tried to buy those @1.60 but it went to best.
I'm hopeful of seeing an RNS either Tuesday/Wednesday announcing further buy-backs. I'm still not sure I've fully understood the points made regards the EBRD close-out date and how that might influence the SP - any thoughts?
More buybacks this morning - 1m?
SEA7 - thank you. I recall reading that at the time but unfortunately not grasping the ramifications of the close-out date. Thanks for the reply.
SC, been looking for that info, can you point me in the right direction please buddy. Ta.
Biker, I'm deeper than that buddy...... But hanging on by my fingernails.
Serinus Energy is a junior E&P company with operations in Tunisia and Romania, where it has both production and exploration opportunities. Although the company’s recent history has not been smooth, having faced operational,
geopolitical and financial challenges, a debt restructuring in late 2020 allowed it toenter 2021 debt-free, signifying a new chapter for the equity story. We think the company offers a good mix of an attractive valuation and robust FCF, with further
upside potential, albeit not without risks.
........If compression was delayed for a long period, would this delay compel an rns given that it seems price sensitive?
I would concur with that view and perhaps suggest that whilst the lack of any update has been hugely frustrating, the very fact that we have not received a negative RNS hopefully bodes well for good news soon - now come on Mr.Auld.
29th November.
........and again this morning (a 215k to be posted)........into results?
Very bullish.
Somebody was impressed (early) with the update.
A hugely detailed report with an Officer recommendation as follows:
Following consideration of the relevant development plan policies and the comments
received through consultation and publicity it is recommended that conditional planning
permission be granted subject to the applicant completing a Section 106 Planning
Obligation to secure landscape planting and the long-term management of the habitats
providing for Biodiversity Net Gain outside of the application site boundary.
Whilst Cllrs are not obliged to follow Officer recommendations, it is relatively unusual for them to go against professional officer advice.
This particular document also goes some way to examine and present the financial benefit to the authority. That benefit simply cannot be understated.
God knows.... But this radio silence is so frustrating.
Gwynwin, been here years and now just praying for b/e to exit (c31p). I honestly don't know how anybody can invest in this company when there's seemingly little chance of shareholder profitability. Every single piece of positive news is smashed into and I'm sure that even the most ardent supporters of the board couldn't agree with the strategy they've adopted.
Good luck with your holding and let's hope for a better outcome soon.
