Spy ..I have been saying on here for ages that I think the AISC will be lower than most think, I also said way last year that this would be over 12m Oz so I don't think my target prices are as new as you make out. Apology accepted ;-))

Just juggled the numbers and 10m Oz @ AISC of $600 and gold @ $2000 / Oz gives a share price of 77p
At 15m Oz with the same parameters gives a share price of £1.15

That's a good spreadsheet Zoros but I would like to see it with an AISC of less than $600, I don't think we are going to be anywhere near $800, is that not used if the infrastructure has to be built, we already have the infrastructure at Telfer !

Panama, you are entitled to your opinion re a buy out of Hav, but have you really thought it through. A lump sum which will no way add up to $100m plus a year over the next 20 to 30 years. As I said before Hav is the financial anchor for GGP to go exploring as its main function, any additional finds may well be JV's. I don't see that as a bad company prospect. Little risk with big outcomes if we strike more. Just my opinion.

Dore .. watch the last SD interview he stated clearly he wants to grow the company off the back of Havieron. Which will basically be free cash flow for many years .. GGP will be an exploration co. With a producing mine as it's anchor !

Any commercial Production will abide by the share allocation at the time, so yes probably 30% to GGP, after PFS NCM have 2years to buy out another 5% . So theoretically we could have 2 years of rising production @ 30% share.

You mean full production, yes a few years down the line, but expect GGP to be making money before then in the build up to full production.

Dore, .. you do know that they will hit the orebody 1st Q 2022, they will be extracting ore from then on in ever increasing amounts, so not several years to production at all. And if you had listened to Shaun Days last talk, you would know that he is determined to keep GGP's share of Havieron, so no intention to sell ( unless it's a silly offer ) but every intention to grow the company off the back of the financial income from Havieron !

It's a shame the share price doesn't reflect what NCM and GGP know and a lot of us believe. One day the penny will drop though !

Glittertip .. difficult to do considering how many areas are still open, but to put it into perspective GGP's share (25%) of 500,000 Oz per year will be in the region of $125m + per year. And if you think of it that's only 10m Oz over 20 years ( I think it will be a good bit bigger than that ) IMHO

MFU .. I believe that is a rig GGP have hired, in addition to those NCM have at Havieron, to be used on their own 100% owned areas, but for probably a justifiable reason it's being used at Havieron.

Glitter tip try $300m a year and you will be nearer the mark 300,000 x $1000 ( easily the profit @ $1800 per Oz ) but it will rise to possibly 500,000 + Oz per year .. you do the sums ;-))
