Key Developments Green Dragon Gas Ltd. and China United Coalbed Methane Corporation Enter into Production Sharing Contracts in China Apr 2 14 Green Dragon Gas Ltd. (GDG) announced that it has entered into a binding agreement with China United Coalbed Methane Corporation (CUCBM) regarding five of its Production Sharing Contracts in China. Interests of GDG and CUCBM now aligned with both companies to work together in order to maximize the value within the PSCs which continue in full force and effect, secures interest and revenue share of the approximately 1,600 wells drilled by CUCBM in line with PSCs. CUCBM committed to invest a further $100 million into GSN in return for an additional 10% working interest. CUCBM committed to ongoing cooperation with GDG with full information sharing across wells drilled on PSCs and all local assistance. PSC exploration terms extended for a further 2 years. GDG expects $250 million additional GSS infrastructure investment from CUCBM.

I'm in.From the chap @ADVFN . . . I believe this company is fundamentally undervalued. Cash was stated at £2.5m fairly recently so there is no chance of imminent dilution plus there is an outside chance of an asset sale (Muratdere) The entire company has an enterprise value of under £5m, bordering on ridiculous. Their 45% stake in Altentepe is worth circa £15m based on analyst valuations and recent comment from Ariana Resources. For anyone with a bit of patience I consider STI to be as undervalued as JLP was back in December.
