Stonk earlier mentioned toxic share, well it won't be considered as such, if the Russian state get their hands on 10% of Eurasia, as it appears will happen through the courts. Currently Lyudmila Nikolaevna Ananyeva ( Owner of assets and shares transferred to her by the brothers) has lost her appeal in the Supreme court of Russia Federation ( 5th April 2024) in respect of the ruling by Moscow Arbitration court 16th Jan 2024, declaringthe bankruptcy of Dimitry Nikolaevich Ananyez, hence all assets in respect of monies, shares etc, owed to Russian state Banks, can now be seized, and just maybe the Russian state will want this deal to go through, but what do i know, just my musings but looks positive to me.

Richard Dugdale has tweeted that subsidiary KK accounts are a very interesting read, with over £1m (equiv) cash in bank, the sale of £1.2m worth of product, and a total revenue of £1.3m. They also spent a large amount of Capex circa £7m in 22/23 All very positive IMHO, and hope Mr Wolfe is duly impressed

As much as Gold prices are a bonus, the main attributes for Eurasia are Platinum and Palladium, of which Palladium is approx half the value per oz, from when Eurasia decided not to sell the concentrate. In business sometimes you make the wrong call, and to date that decision with hindsight was flawed.

It won't affect a corporate action, and we do not know what legal directives there were, with regarding to informing shareholders. Just because you think it was price sensitive information means diddly squat, I would love to know every action, thought, and reasoning behind every decision that Eurasia make, but I don't run the company, I'm not privvy to the detail, and can only trust the Board to make decisions based on what's best for all invested, naive or what 😂
