Gecko, my understanding is that the TFA allows Eurasia to be a going concern until Sept 2025, plus other monies which may come available through tax reliefs etc, etc, so at this moment in time, I don't see the need for a cash raise via placing, as Directors have forgone their salaries and no Capital investment is required, just ongoing maintenance cost until sold, which I believe will be the case before they run out of money, and if the proposal is passed at the AGM.

I would imagine that the only genuine basis for making that claim, is that he has become invested, and therefore has a reason to try and pump this , to hopefully invite other investors to buy in and get the price to rise, which is fair game , if you are a Trader which I believe Sharebell is.
