Dealer55, Of course you cannot stay suspended, because you don't like the market volatility, I refer you to my earlier post, which clearly states, that the only way EUA, can lift the suspension, is to, deny that there had ever been any letters of engagement with Citic Bank, as that is the sole reason claimed by Eua, for the suspension. They cannot in my opinion do that, because the tweet was true, and until such time, that a deal is either concluded or not, they cannot lift the suspension, for all the obvious reasons, that I mentioned earlier. AIMO of course, and happy to be challenged on any specifics, I may have missed, or not understood, as I'm no expert.

Dealer55, Possibly, since a tweet announced that letters of engagement with Citic Bank, had taken place, and the subsequent uplift in share price, meant that the company had no option but to suspend the shares. They have never announced via an RNS, that no letters of engagement, have ever taken place, so if the shares were unsuspended, then we and prospective buyers, would assume that a deal was being brokered, and the share price value, would reflect, the possible eventual outcome, which on a potential sale of this magnitude, could lead to investors, being totally misled, as nothing is certain, even with letters of engagement taking place. AIMO of course, hope it makes sense.
