6 months after the last Ambrose accounts were published, they were busy fund raising. No one knows how much they've raised because they've not reported it yet. They could have enough to pay ValiRx £6m next week, no one knows.

As for 401, Ambrose are the ones that have been testing it, they don't need to publish any reports on it for peer review, they validate their data and provide their reports to their partners under NDA and get them peer reviewed that way, where the results are kept secret until big pharma steps in and funds the big trials. That there's limited public reports on it is good, as its less likely to get stolen before it's got phase I, II and III trials completed.

'Initial' and 'latest issue' to me says that the first £6m is payable now, not on future milestones like the other £10m.

What it says on Companies House is massively out of date. If investors want to go by data that's almost a year out of date that's up to them, but that would be a really stupid way to invest IMO

Of course, derampers will keep using that out of date data to try and scare people. Nobody should fall for intentional misleading information that's almost a year out of date.

Ambrose have been fundraising for at least 6 months, we know that from their LinkedIn posts from January 2025. Any money they've raised has not been published in any accounts yet and won't be until July, by which time I fully expect them to have paid VAL some cash to be getting on with, that could come as early as Monday morning.

Nobody will be thinking about what the spread was when it shots up 300% to where it should be valued.

In any case, the true spread is not 25%, nothing like it. Buys 0.715 sells 6.75% is difference of just 5.92%.

Derampers lie about Ambrose funding, they have no idea how much Ambrose has raised, as no accounts have been published in the last 6 months! And Ambrose wouldn't divulge secret information like 'promises of funding once agreements are signed'.

Ambrose knows how to raise funds to give to VAL. We can rely on Ambrose to raise funds from venture capital over the next week or two to pay ValiRx IMO £4m. The rest of the £16m will come in over the time of the agreement as shares IMO.

A most excellent overview of ValiRx.

I am confident that ValiRx won't raise any funds. They had a years worth of cash last December and have been keeping tight control of that cash. The CEO is pushing for companies like Ambrose to sign agreements that bring revenue into ValiRx, so that ValiRx doesn't need to raise any funds.

It's now on Ambrose to raise funds to give to ValiRx. With the agreement to hand, they can go out to venture capital funds and get money, this should be easy now they have the agreement.

I see Ambrose giving ValiRx £4m in cash and the rest in shares. This is because £4m is two years cash for ValiRx, they don't need any more than that so there's no point in Ambrose giving them more. Ambrose can raise more, certainly, but the excess over £4m they'll keep to pay their own costs.

Ambrose can't just issue shares without raising cash. Suppose their auditors value them at £10m, if they then issued £16m in shares then VAL would own them.

As a private company they will have better access to funds with minimal dilution than any listed company, because nobody can short them to get the placing stock cheaper like they can with listed stocks. There are plenty of funds and venture capitalists taking placings from private companies, Ambrose will have no problem raising cash now that they have the agreement signed and development plans in place.
