environment is much brighter now than any time in the last few years ,, i remember trying to sell a house about 3 years ago,, no serious offers,, put it up for sale again 2 months ago and got nearly 40% more within 9 days of marketing. i would suggest most of the negativity at this level is priced in..Fortuna is still 4 years off,, and clearly wasn't fully priced in at 65p,, short blip imo,, i'm taking advantage at this price..atb
